They were were strong enough to keep their shape but the plating eroded pretty quickly. Still a decent value.

Ive never has issues with key rings being bent out of shape and ruined. Its all about the angle of attack. Only open it as much as needed to get the end over the key loop at the most shallow angle possible. I also dont expect to muscle open the ring to insert something ridiculous and expect it to magically return its shape. These look and work excellently. No complaints and nothing but praise

In this case, "copper" seems to mean bronze colored paint.I'm on a copper kick at the moment. I'm trying to replace any gear that I regularly carry (my EDC) with copper versions, if I can.I have copper pocket knives, a copper pen, a small copper flashlight, a copper carabiner for my keys, a copper zippo lighter, and even a copper colored microfiber handkerchief.Given the copper carabiner for my keys, I figured I would look for copper split rings to replace the steel and brass ones I currently have... These were the best I could find, but not good enough. They are pretty weak for their size (after adding some keys to a ring, the ring won't close back to it's original shape, there's now a gap), the keys scraped off some of the finish (which seems to be a bronze, not copper, colored coating of some kind)... So I'm back to using the old standard rings for now. I might put these on jacket zippers to hang small LED Keychain flashlights, but I wouldn't trust them to secure my keys.Now if I could only find a copper colored wrist watch that doesn't cost more than my car...

Purchased these to use as dog tags. I don't know about you but the tags that comes with the rabies vaccination and such, they are hard has heck to get put on the collar. Using these though, they're great. Easier to open and put on the dog's collars. Couldn't ask for better rings!

They are sorta copper colored a few did not survive trying to put them on items but since there's so many it's not too bad. will get one works. I've since given up on them. Gone back to titanium. But I do still have a couple on my lunch bags carabineer of items.

The product is as described. Being approximately one inch across from edge to edge, this makes them relatively compact. They have a nice black coating that will take some light wear.I was looking for a small quantity to test with my fleet project.I find these to have good durability and they performed well with the newer vehicle key FOB's
