I wear a size 14 and I’m 5”9”, but often these type of products run very small so I bought the 4X figuring even if I couldn’t latch the first one or two it would be tight enough on the third and fourth rows. The fit was fine I’m sure I could have gone a size smaller but the length of it was oddly long and I didn’t like that upon initial wearing. The reason I’m giving it one star however is because I put it on and in about 15 minutes I felt the ribbing poking my skin, when I took it off it had broken through the material. I had done nothing strenuous, I wasn’t even walking around I was sitting down for some paperwork. So I don’t know if it broke through just from my wearing it or if it arrived defective. I also didn’t find it to feel very sturdy either, so I’m returning it.

It arrived on time and it's inexpensive.Other than that.... All the reviews I read were from 2019. To me it seems there has been a change in the way this thing is made now: it feels rough on the skin, ADDShalf an inch to my waist because it is stiff and leaves a gap in the back, so my back appears to have lost its natural indentation, it has those stiff sticks here and there that I did NOT want, that do nothing, and even though the thing is difficult to put on....once on, it does NOT keep in the stomach, but it lets it bulk out and expand. The whole thing wrinkles and gathers uncomfortably and unpleasanly. I removed the tags so I can't return it. One good point: the material is stiff enough to be cut and used as shoulder pads.

It is really comfortable and airy. I weigh around 140 pounds and am 5'4 and I fit a size large the only problem is that it is hard to put on by yourself so I recommend having someone help you put it on but other than that I love it.

The products it as described. I would prefer that it was a little tighter. That's my fault for getting the 4 x (their conversion) to14-16 I'm a size 14 in the midsection 16 in arms and thighs but it fits well nice and long. Very smooth and breathable

I purchased an 4x-large because I have this thing about back fat oozing out the top. So after ordering “my size” based on measurements, I kept order sizes up until I hit the 4x. It was longer and covered more area. I am happy with this. I bought this to train and tighten after a baby and keep my posture in check. I’m 5’6”, about 165-170. I think the other ones looked great from the front. BUT SIS CHECK THE BACK VIEW!!!

Really do kinda love it but a bone has already stabbed through the fabric and when getting it back in the end piece that makes it not sharp came off now I get stabbed when I wear it it looses it's elasticity quickly I had it on the last hook and it still became loose tightened it and it's already loose after a day or so unless you wear a shirt under it your skin can some times poke through the hole a bit and makes for a weird feeling also one of the holes has already came unsewn

Best item because it made me lose weight at my own comfort.
