Ordered the 42x11 frame. This is a very well made frame and looks great. Perfect for what I needed. Customer service is SUPER. Through no fault of the seller the acrylic sheet was cracked upon receipt. It was expertly packed and protected but the shipper tested the packing by puncturing the outer box, breaking through the inner packing and padding and cracking the acrylic sheet. Messaged the seller and received a response within minutes. "No need to return it, we will send you a replacement acrylic sheet." This was on a Friday evening. Tuesday the replacement arrived. Will certainly do business again for any of my other frame needs.

This was the first puzzle I framed. A 13” x 39” puzzle fits this frame perfectly. The black wood frame looks like a good quality. It is lightweight and the acrylic sheet instead of glass is perfect. I used a table knife to lift the prongs and release the foam core and acrylic from the frame. I used a spatula to coax my completed puzzle onto the acrylic. Then put the foam core frame backing over it to flip it. It was easy. I then used 6 Puzzle Presto Sheets also from Amazon trimmed to fit to glue the puzzle together. Next I set the acrylic back into the frame, cleaned the acrylic with Windex, let it dry and lifted the puzzle into the frame. Add the foam core, close the frame tabs. Add hanging hardware and picture wire and hang it on the wall! I used my own wall hooks (2) and wire because other reviewers say that the plastic wire breaks. It took me about an hour start to finish. This frame works!

These are expensive for what they are, but they always fit perfectly and look nice enough.

So the frame came and everything was fine with it. No complaints. I was told there was going to be an easel with the smaller frames. I assumed that meant the 8.5x5.5. Not the case here. I am a little confused on how to put on the piece to hang it on the walls it is legit just a little metal piece. Thats on me. Otherwise, not a bad frame. Don't have to worry about shattering it :)

Great cutomer service. We ordered this frame to display a Christmas present. When we went to install it, the frame came apart in one section that appeared to not have been glued properly. We contacted the seller immediately and after sending them pictures, they replaced just the frame. It was super easy to remove the acrylic front panel and pop the poster and panel in and then replace the backing. The seller was super responsive and patient. I would definitely order from them again. Our map looks great on our wall.

Precision fit. Reasonably priced

This is the absolute worst frame I have ever bought. For $150 it is made out of the cheapest plastic and wood, it came broken and even if I just wanted to repair it instead of dealing with having to pay additional money to ship it back for a refund, I couldn’t have, the material is way to frail and would not hold up. Do not buy it.

Solid packaging, frame arrived in top shape and was easy to place my poster in it. Feels solid and came with multiple hardware mounting options.

The overall quality is quite fair for the price.
