I really enjoyed working with this book; I do think it can be as simple or over-the-top as you choose to make it. I decided to use colored pens to write as well as a doodle or two on each page. You can definitely go simpler and just use a pen. I liked that the prompts weren't just based on looks (hardly any prompts dealt with looks, I think I had one prompt about clothing). Things were very open-ended, so it would work for any mom. Very fun gift.

Love the book, great idea but not for kids to complete. Maybe after age 12 or 14 but then don’t appreciate the good until 25 or so. Would work for ages 6 and up but then don’t appreciate younger the more difficult for the person to fill in. Requires history to complete a story. So set your expectations based on age of the one writing and you’ll love getting as a gift from them.

Got 4 if these for my kids for them to give for mothers day. Cute little book. Some of the questions might have gone over their heads, they aren't quite as thoughtful as some of these questions can be. Several different ones out there. Too bad not all of them let you see the inside questions before purchase. We usually do something practical/consumable for her on Mother's Day but this year she got 4 nice little mementos from the kids

Got for my mom and she loves it. Has it setting up on her dresser to see everyday.

The kids enjoyed going through the different pages and picking out the sections that best applied to them. The book is formatted to guide the kids to create a collection of fun stories and memories that will be treasured for a lifetime.

Got this as a mothers day gift from my husband and kids. I was told they had a blast filling it out, and laughed often. When I read their responses, I could see why. Such a cute idea.

Amazing. My fried adored it

To start with this is a really nice quality book the front is hardback imbossed and the pages are good quality card. He absolutely loved it went back and got one for my mum to, just a shame it was only for “mom” not mum. There lots of pages so make sure you do it over a few days not a couple of hours loke me as you do have to put some thought into it.

My mom cried when she read it!! Best mothers day or bday gift!!
