Fosmon Quad Pro 2 Charging Station

I ordered the Dual Dock + 2 Additional Battery Charger for Xbox One Controllers (I have 2 Elite Controllers) to replace the individual (single controller) PowerA chargers that I have had for many years. Packaged arrived as promised the next day. The base holds 2 battery packs and then two controllers can charge on the top cradles. The design is well thought out and the entire unit is compact and unobtrusive. The LED indicators on the front of the charging base are a great feature and are clearly labeled so you can quickly determine the status of each of the 4 battery packs charging. Included in the packaging were several reminders to register the product with Fosmon and contact information for customer service should you have any issues. Unfortunately, I noticed right away that the rear controller cradle was not charging (no LED indication at all, as if the controller was not on the cradle). A quick inspection determined that the charging pins for the rear cradle were missing entirely. After one email to Fosmon Support, a replacement cradle was on the way! They apologized for the issue and explained that, although rare, manufacturing and quality issues can occur. It is obvious that customer service and "brand integrity" are equally important to Fosmon. I think the charger looks and works great and the company is committed to making sure you are happy with the product. I highly recommend this charger and will definitely consider Fosmon's other products in the future.

Great concept that was well executed creating an amazing product. Simple set-in-place docking as well as easy battery switching when needed. The two charging docks along with the two ports for the extra batteries meant that we never ran out of power for any of the controllers for our two Xboxes in the house. Cord doesn't seem incredibly durable but I set it where I needed it, haven't moved it, and no problems so far. As a matter of fact, we just added another Xbox to the house so I'm about to buy another one. You should too, you won't be disappointed!

The fosman 4 battery charger is the first charger I've ever used that got it right. Been playing Xbox/PC games since inception and I've gone through many chargers over the years. Other have been good, but you always had to have an extra controller to make charging extra battery easy. This one has the same thing but with the ability to charge the battery by itself and change it on the fly. No back case to remove and battery to take out, Just pop out, pop new one in, and go. If you have multiple consoles or multiple playing at the same time, this is a must have. My only issue might be battery life. . I can do an eight hour gaming session and have to change the battery just once where the energizer charging station would last longer. This unit is 1000Mah where all others I've used are more.

This is a great product but for a couple of little flaws. I love that we can play on 2 controllers while backup batteries are charging separately in the charger. The battery packs fit well in the controller and last a decent amount amount of time per charge. I love that the controllers rest on the charger to recharge the batteries in the controller. Helps remind the kids to put the controllers away when they are done. My biggest issue is that one of the plastic tabs that lock the batter into the controller broke early on, so now that battery isn't really usable. It wasn't from a drop or anything. Just sliding the battery out of its slot and the tab snapped off. I wrote to Fosmon via their website but haven't heard back... The micro-usb connection feels extremely cheap and I worry that could break as well, but so far, so good. A smaller gripe is that the 4 lights on the front that indicate which batteries are charging don't sync when flashing. They flash when a battery is charging, but even if I put batteries in at the exact same time, the blinking lights all seem to blink at their own rhythm. Since we have the charger plugged into the Xbox on our entertainment center, the off-beat blinking is a little distracting. Overall, this product has enhanced our Xbox gaming experience.

This has been a lifesaver for us. We go through spurts where we game all weekend and forget to put our controllers on the charger overnight. Having the 4 charging ports makes it super convenient to pull the spare battery and keep on the coffee table so we aren't frantically looking for a new battery. You know what I'm taking about! We originally had just the 2 charging ports but it was not as convenient as the 4 charging ports. A nice feature is the charging light indicating which port is being used, which port is charging, and which port is fully charged. The light is not bright enough to bother you while doing anything, but bright enough for a quick glance to know the status of any given port. Great product over all.

I had previously ordered a different version of these in 2018 (Fosmon Dual Controller Charger Compatible with Xbox One/One X/One S Elite Controllers, (Two Slot) High Speed Docking Charging Station Kit with 2 Rechargeable Battery Packs - Black) Compared to the previous version, this was a massive upgrade in nearly every way. The previous version had less battery life, only came with 2 batteries, were extremely difficult and frustrating to get in and out of your controller, and one of the two batteries died about a year after the purchase. I've had this new version for about half a year now so I'm not sure if I'll have any of them fail on me by the year point again, but they last much longer and fit the controllers significantly better. I didn't feel like I got what I paid for with the previous version, but I've been extremely happy with this updated model

it is a wonderful thing to have a spare battery for both controllers if you need it on the fly and charged! Love the look, the feel and design as well as the durability of the product and the lasting strength of the batteries! I would buy it again. I have this for the Series X and the Xbox One. My only complaint is the separation of the two so you are made to buy one or the other. Why no compatibility??

Charges 2 controllers and 2 battery packs at a time. Couldn't ask for more! No issues with it at all. We've had it for a couple months now. I'd definitely recommend for a gaming household! Or for a serious gamer who goes thru a lot of battery power. On average, the battery packs last around 5 or 6 hours, and take a couple hours tops to fully charge. And you can always have multiple things charging at once!
