PrepSolutions Flour Keeper – Airtight Storage Container for Flour, Sugar & Dry Goods, 5 lb Capacity, BPA-Free, Easy Pour Design

I love this flour keeper. I purchased several of these containers: two this size for flour and corn meal; others in the appropriate sizes for sugar, brown sugar, powdered sugar, baking powder/soda, cocoa powder, etc., and love them all. - The lids are truly air tight. I bought these because we had a major infestation of pantry moths and had to throw out most of our dry goods (!!!), and we needed to convert to air tight containers to prevent further problems. While we have had some problems with OTHER products/containers, we have never once had pantry moths (or weevils for that matter) in our baking goods that we store in these containers. - I really appreciate that these are rectangular - they fit very neatly next to each other on a square shelf and stack pretty well too. - The built-in leveler is so handy; much quicker/easier to scoop and level with one hand vs holding the flat side of the knife, etc. - I love the quick and easy but very effective locking mechanism - again a one-handed maneuver to close this baby up. - The grip strips on the one side of the container make it pretty easy to grab this off of the shelf even when it's full (and even though I'm grabbing it from overhead since I store my baking stuff above my double wall ovens). - Freshness: This holds a standard bag of flour. I've started baking more but before, it took for-e-ver to get through a whole bag of flour and I never had a problem with freshness storing in this container. My wife bought a breadmaker a few months ago and about a hundred different kinds of flour; once she starts using it and opening all those bags, I envision many of these containers in our cabinet. Totally worth the $$ to prevent tossing out bag after bag of flour due to weevils, or having another pantry moth invasion (*shudder* - what an absolute nightmare). I am not a plastic person at all and all of our other storage containers are glass, so I was hesitant to purchase these. But they are stellar and I will be getting more as we expand more into breadmaking and baking. Overall, you can't go wrong with these and I highly recommend them.

This is a great cannister. It seals really tight and fits a whole ag of flour.

I love this flour canister. Not only does it seal nice and tight, but the scraper insert makes it so easy to level measure. Big enough to fit a 5 lb bag.

We bought these and have no regrets. Good quality, easy to get out and measure flor and sugar. Bought some cheaper ones and can definitely can tell a big difference. These are definitely worth the little extra money. The size are perfect and easy to use.

I really think this is a really great product for anyone that would want to store flour or other loose baking materials. I bought this so that I could specifically store my flour. The container itself is made of a sturdy plastic material that washes well. The flour container has a leveler which is great for all my cooking and baking needs. It stores all of my flour from my Meijer brand bag so it is nice not having to store the little bit of flour left over in my kitchen. I always forget that I have a little left over and waste money buying more. I do not foresee this breaking at any time in the near future. My cabinets are now so organized and I do not have flour spilling anywhere in my kitchen anymore. IT is so incredibly wonderful. After buying this I also bought the brown sugar container. I also so bought the powered sugar container. I will continue to look for products to buy from this company. I also ended up buying an extra flour container so that I would be able to store my sugar in there. All of my Meijer brand sugar easily fits very nicely in this container. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

I bake with several different types of flour including milling my own fresh and these containers are the perfect size! They do not leak and also keep out the refrigerator smell when storing in the fridge. The design and quality are perfect for flour, but the included level is useless and only in the way! It’s easy to remove so I didn’t deduct from my review. I’m sure there are many different containers, the the value in this is unmistakable!

I love this airtight flower keeper. I wish the manufacturer would consider making it in more sizes. The level inside makes all the difference.

Holds 5 lbs of flour and sits well in my smaller apartment cabinet. Great value for $20!

Excellent item. Holds well over a bag of flour, the built -in leveller is a great idea, saves all that messing about trying to level off cups off flour from the bag. Nice size, not too tall to fit in the cupboard as some of these boxes are. Seems to be airtight, time will tell.

Functional, just the perfect size for 2 kg of flour.

Arrived a lot sooner than expected & holds plenty (I use it for baby milk powder) it's easy to clean and the level is such a handy thing it means I can make bottles easily while holding the baby

Flour Lady, Flour Girl, Flour Power & Flour Keeper, Without having these containing your different flours or sugars, You'll be a Baking Weeper. Brown Flour or White Flour, Brown Sugar or White Sugar, It's heavy of course, but it's better than the bag that lets out the puffs of flour, or let's in the unwanted bugs of flour; or opens for the sugar but never clothes, or let's bugs to breed with their open noses. Who's doing the Baking around there, why is the baking cupboard one that looks in fear, it might be time to organize your cupboard because you want good times to be near. With our flours out of the way, we have so much space my dear, and with more of these in our kitchen, my darling has nothing to fear. You know what else goes into open packages of dried foods, FLOATING BACTERIAS & DUST. Is your floating bacterias and dust in the kitchen cupboard tasty?, because I don't think so, take a bite of this cake my darling made that I'm eating right now, and tell me if it taste dusty. Mmmmmm, I know I know yummy. But seriously Chef, it's fabulous and you should get it. And when you pour your whole bag into it, you won't believe how it looks like you have more, and you will because none is wasting stuck to the bag or ruining somehow.
