Feels like it will last
Loved the long cord for the first one I got but wish they had shorter cords available, needed something like a 1ft cord so lots of spooled cord.

If you want a heavy duty power strip for the shop/garage this is the one you want. Metal case, heavy gauge long cord, and a right angle plug. The only down side is the price. $17 is a lot but I was willing to pay this as I already had one and it's been bomb proof. The screw mounts are exposed tabs on the ends too so it's easily mounted to wherever you like. 1 star deduction for price. This should be more like 10-12 bucks a copy.

Seems durable
Mounted this in my garage a few months ago to power some battery chargers, so far it is working as it should. Casing is metal, which is one of the reasons I chose this model. Cord is nice and long as well. I would buy this item again.

Good Customer Service from Manufacturer
This item is rated for 15 amps. My bandsaw is 14 amps and tripped the reset on this power strip every time I turned the bandsaw on. I called the manufacturer and they promptly sent a replacement which works flawlessly. I would have given 5 stars if their quality control had not let this item slip through.

Helps a lot with two or sometimes even four people loaded down with electronic devises staying in one hotel room. I got the short-cord version so it takes less space in the suitcase.

My favorite power strip
My favorite power strip. I have two of these, and two without brand labels that look like the same unit, sold at Lowes in a nondescript box. 90 deg wall plug is great, and has the reach to put plugs on the end of a table or shelving. Metal case makes them feel sturdy.

It's all about ergonomics!
I have several of these around the house and none of them are designed to accomodate voltage transformers. I've alwasys found it necessary to take up two outlets because the transformer blocks the second one. Not this one! The two end outlets are spaced generously apart, leaving room for transformers. Nicely done!

Solid quality and mountable
Had to replace an original unit. Quality is very good. Can be mounted in place with screws.
