Good interpretation, poor recording
This review is about the orchestral accompaniment, NOT the full recording with soloist.IMO, the conductor did a good job with this Mozart concerto. Some MMO are too cold in terms of interpretation, but not this one. The tempi are precise, but not metronomically conducted. I liked it.The low point is that it's an old recording. The sound quality is not good and, by the time this recording was produced, MMO still put those taps for guidance, which make it a noisy experience. It should be remastered, at least.For pianists who might use it for practice and preparation for a performance, I recommend this item.
