They work, but not really "Heavy Duty"
"Heavy Duty" is a relative term, not an absolute. A heavy duty wheel chock would be made out of solid rubber, maybe tire treads bolted together or something. These are plastic, hollow, and, well, not heavy. They work well on the mower trailer I have, so that's good. I like the string that connects the pairs. Since the trailer is a 2-axle trailer I use the wheel chocks between the wheels, facing apart. Like I said, they work well enough for my purposes.3 stars for being OK, -2 points for not really being "heavy duty".

Ok for the price
At only $8.99 it's hard to complain. Cheap lightweight plastic material, but built well enough for what they are. Almost rated 4 stars, but feel like they could've been made with a more durable thickness at this price point. Very important to know what you need them for. In my case, chocking the wheels of a lightweight tent trailer that is typically on even, level ground. They provide a little peace of mind by being there.

Too light to be effective
These are very light weight, have no rubber or gripping surface on the bottom and easily dislodged, the slightest tap and they go sliding across the driveway. The front lip is high so these don't slide far enough under a 13" tire to actually stay put under the tire. I would not buy these again and it's to late to return them so they will sit in a corner of the garage.

Peace of mind
Nice and portable. I use these to secure my 1987 Corvette with a manual transmission. My garage has a slight grade leading to the driveway. The Vette is not a daily driver, and I'm reluctant to leave the parking brake engaged for a long time. These give me some peace of mind that my car is not going to roll through the garage door and down the driveway and into the street. The chocks are linked together by a piece of handy nylon rope. Would buy again.

They are VERY light, the wind will blow them ...
They are VERY light, the wind will blow them out from around the wheels you have to make sure you really jam them under the wheel, and even then my 6x12 trailer will sometimes push them a little.

Fair value, but not "heavy duty"
While these will get the job done, they are not what I would describe as heavy duty. Two of mine have cracked in the first year from the wheels rolling on them. They are still usable, but know what you're getting for your money.

But it works fine for me to keep my 28 ft travel trailer ...
Very light weight. Would want something more substantial to hold a heavy truck or trailer on a hill. But it works fine for me to keep my 28 ft travel trailer in place.

cheap
Well I guess they work, but I'm sure they will break eventually, they are pretty lightweight plastic. My e brake is broken so I just need something to keep my car from rolling away sometimes.
