Jinvoo WiFi smart wall touch light switch, smart phone remote control, compatible with iOS and Android, with Alexa Echo and Google Assistant, ETL certified（3 gang）

This product is awesome and I am so glad it worked with my 3 way light. Sure, the other one (which is not smart) has to always be on, but no one uses it anyway!Since it is a 3 way light, I had to double up on the wires in each slot, but it still works. The two traveling wires, which were on the brass screws, I put into the slot that said L. The lone black wire that was on the black screw I put into L1. The copper to ground, and the white one to the N.Once I figured it out, It was a breeze to get power, and it was seamless connection to Alexa. Will definitely buy again for other rooms!

I have some Jinvoo lightbulbs and they all work great, so I wanted to try out the light switch they have. This first one is a trial run and I knew it might be a bit tough to get going. First of all, it works exactly as expected. Once setup it connects easily to you WiFi and works pretty much "out of the box".The installation however proved a bit tricky. It's not exactly how you'd expect. First the physical properties: While it is advertised as 2-gang the dimensions are exactly as a 1-gang. That's a bit annoying if you have a 2-gang cover. As you can see in the attached picture I had to fiddle a bit and cut off a plate to cover the rest of the opening. That's fine and it works, but it would be nice if they did advertise that a bit more clearly. Now to the wiring: I'm based in the US and a lot of lights don't have a neutral attached. This smart switch will NOT work without a neutral. Lucky for me there are neutral wires pulled through so I did get it to work, but beware of that and check first!I'd rate it higher if they addressed a few issues in their labelling but overall the product looks sleek and works perfectly.

Glass panel looks great. Flat glass surface. The circle in the middle lights up when there is power to the switch. Touch sensitive button - not a mechanical button. Does NOT fit in older electrical boxes, make sure you have a newer one as they are a little bigger - but it does still work with the older boxes, just sticks out a little bit. Once installed, connected to the app in about one minute - super quick. I am happy, the product works, but I wish it fit into older electrical boxes, although I understand they weren't made for all the new tech that we put in our homes. Uses the JINVOO app - a lot of these wifi switches sold don't tell you which app to use. I specifically chose this one because it uses the Jinvoo app - all of my other switches use this and it's nice to have them in one place. Works with alexa as well. Overall - 4 stars because this WORKS but I have to eventually change the box out if I want the switch to not protrude from the wall.

Installation was difficult. First, it's different from the other brand switches I have. Those are all flush mounted...this one is about 1/4" away from the wall. Second, you mount this bracket to your switch box, then supposedly "snap" the unit on. Well, as others have pointed out, with side terminals, the screws stick out to far to go inside the bracket once wires are installed. Once the bracket is hacked so the screws will pass, good luck with the "snap." Mine wouldn't snap on. I took it all back off the wall, and noticed that the snaps were useless. Which brings me to mod/hack number 2. I took it all apart to drill a hole through the circuit board and switch back. You have to pull the glass cover off to get to it all. Then, rather than any lights to signify it's on, you have to reset/pair it before it works. My other switches worked right away as a touch switch. Anyway, once paired, it works. WiFi, app (smart life), and Google Home and Amazon Alexa control all work. And once paired, the physical touch switches work and the top one is blue to show it is connected to network. When they are on, the switches are a white color. Will I buy this brand again? NO. But the brand I have elsewhere was no longer available as a double switch. I hope the other brand becomes available as I would like to get at least 1 more double switch 1-gang switch. Although with my mods/hacks, I could probably do away with the switch box bracket and mount it directly to the box and have it flush. But it is still about 1/8" thicker than my other ones. In the end, it was worth the gamble on an Amazon warehouse deal, half price.

Had problems with my first order of one of these. I used it as a test and it was buggy, but my second order has worked great so far (installed 2, got 2 more go to for a total of 5). With the exception of my first one, I've been really happy. Works well with alexa.UPDATE - Sometimes the button doesn't work, sometimes Alexa doesn't work. Pretty frustrating. Seems random that it doesn't and then does again. Right now the buttons aren't responding so we have to have Alexa turn the lights on and off.

First of all I'll like to say that the support from this seller is amazing, really helpful, answers in less than 5 minutes and has really tried to help me along with my issue.The divice is good looking, futuristic and I'm fine with that. The problem is with Jinvoo app and the divice it self. It was difficult to install, I was only able to connect one of the terminals, it dose not connect directly to the app, you need to have and configure a Zigbee terminal in order to get the divice in the app, Alexa dose not recognize the divice automatically and tells you to configure it first in Jinvoo app. I'm frustrated with my Jinvoo switch.I know there are other clients than have successfully installed the divice, but not my case.*Bluetooth not working for linking, and scannin QR code or divice not working.

Es lo peor que he comprado en este tipo de dispositivos estéticamente muy bonito pero no sirve de nada si cada dos días se desconfigura, en serio no lo recomiendo tengo uno marco tplink y nunca se he desconfigurado está interruptor es una basura no lo recomiendo para nada.
