Fit like a glove.
Works like a charm on my tractor supply compressor. Has O-ring already on the threads.

Fantastic - your life will never be the same!
Of course this is the same part that I accidentally broke on my air compressor. Identical in every respect to the original. However, this part represents much more than a mere a "replacement." Now stay with me here because what I am about to reveal is both complex and life altering..... When I broke the part I was upset that I had been careless, I was sad that through the indiscriminate placement of my hands I had broken what had been, until that point, a whole and functioning unit, a thing as complete as the designer intended.....but in a heartbeat, I had harmed its wholeness. I held the broken part in my hand, hoping that it had been merely knocked askew, and that with a gentle twist I would be able to reunite it with the rest of the unit and thereby restore its completeness. Alas, this was not to be, the threaded part was broke clean off. The story could have ended there - but it did not. Later that night I Googled the part and to my surprise it was not only available, but available through Amazon who I have an account with. My hands trembled as I clicked the "order" button. It all seemed too simple, too easy. Yet in a few days time a package arrived from Amazon and I eagerly verified that the correct part was within. As I screwed the part onto the air compressor I realized that I had not merely repaired it, I had actually restored the air compressor to its status at an earlier time: I had gone back in time. As I admired my now whole air compressor, it was as if I had never harmed it, as if the act of braking that part had never occurred. Yet at the same time I held a new appreciation of the air compressor as a whole and perfect unit. Don't think of this as a "replacement part" think of this as a chance to go back in time to a more perfect world where your air compressor was whole and unharmed. If you have broken this thing, do as I have done and experience the return of wholeness!

Works on Husky Compressor.
Purchased for the broken one on the side of my compressor. Took 30 seconds to replace and has been working great for years now.

Baby rattle
Not only is it rather delicate, it doesn't work that well either. It's basically a hollow piece of threaded plastic with a marble in it. Literally, a colored glass marble. Mine has yellow swirls in it. I broke the original when it was pushing the compressor into place and the threads snapped right off in the cast iron pump. The worst part is it doesn't seal very well. The pretty yellow marble is supposed to act like a check valve and seal tightly so nothing is drawn into the crankcase. I can very easily blow air past it from the top. I will probably remove the top cap and cut a bevel into the plastic with a large drill bit to remove any unevenness so it will actually seal. Next time I will make one using some brass fittings with the correct thread size. Not a big fan of yellow so I will probably use a blue marble in mine.
