I received 40 qt fridge and immediately plugged it into see how it worked. Fridge works great. It is good size and I got this to keep some water / milk upstairs. (Yes. I'm lazy to go downstairs to get water sometimes). It runs relatively quiet and I like this simple and modern design. During summer time, I plan to load this fridge in my van for camping and road trip. I think it is the perfect size for a family of 6. W/o using the manual, it is pretty straightforward to operate and the price is reasonable. I will definitely update my review after I come back from the road trip from Ks to Ca and see how this fridge function.

Update: almost a year later. We use it constantly as our home (offgrid solar 12v system) freezer. It's great!Draws about 4-5 amps when running. Runs about every half hour for 2-3 mins (when full and at about 30 degrees). Occasionally I unplug it at night and it holds temperature ok (up 15 degrees or so 8 hours later without any ice added). Also when getting replugged in it occasionally flashes red and I just unplug and replug. Overall great for the price.

Nice fridge, easy to use. Temp fluctuates a bit and is often higher than the setting I set it at. Only had it for a few weeks but so far it still functions.My main complaint is that the seller is lying about the noise. The decibel level is in the low 60’s. They advertised below 40 decibels. I use it in my long haul truck. I can live with the noise but still it would be nicer if it were a bit quieter. But hey it’s better than those atrocious compressor noises you have to deal with in motel rooms.

Great fridge and great customer service cools super quick and well built I own 4 12v fridges and this seems to be the best quality and the best size and if you ask Kalamera a question they actually answer you back which is kind of rare lately on amazon.

I plugged this refrigerator into both 12v car cig plug and 120V/60hz power and verified both were actually providing power. The unit is supposed to run on either. I pushed the power button in too many ways to count. Then I tried pushing the temp down button and every button, holding the button etc. Dead out of the box. I did get a prompt refund. I am the only one star rating to date and perhaps nasty shipping damage ocurred.....box did not look to bad.

The temperature is not that accurate so if you need to store sensitive product this might not be the one to get

I purchased the freezer/refrigerator to use as an expansion of my items I freeze for my RV camping. I works great and met all my expectations and more.

Works extremely well, great price, I use it to travel when going on fishing trips to keep bait frozen, This cooler works way better than expected.
