No yohimbe!
Try to find a shouldn't fat burner without yohimbe and trust me there aren't many choices. Most simulants I tolerate well but I can't take yohimbe at all. Most "extreme" or"hardcore" formulas that must work because everyone can "feel" the effects are the ones I can't take but fat burning is more than just taking the most simulants possible and I think this will help burn more if I can stop eating junk! Always hard to know how much something is helping because there's other factors involved but it has enough fat burning ingredients to give me confidence it's working without the over simulation of yohimbe products and I will use it in my effort to get ready for the summer!

basic ingredients, huge bottle
These are a mix of caffeine and some other items that are "known" to help burn "fat" Pricy overall, but are only 1 pill per serving with no odd smell, guts, or taste issues. Why does it come in a HUGE bottle? No clue, the pills just barely cover the bottom of it with the rest 95% empty. I would say this bottle could easily handle 1000 pills this size, but it comes with 60.

Good for energy
his supplement gives me nice lift. I take it mid-morning ,about the time I generally feel a little energy slump. The package info says that it contains caffeine equivalent to three eight oz cups of coffee. If I take it later in the day, or if I take two, it definitely interrupts sleep. Something else that I find interesting is that it contains 200mg of sweet red pepper extract. The sweet (bell) pepper extract is supposed to have weight loss/metabolic benefits similar to those of the hotter peppers without some of the negative side effects (hot peppers can raise blood pressure). It seems to suppress my appetite too.

The bottle is far too big
Not that I had any idea how big the bottle would be when I ordered this, but in general, I really hate when packaging is misleading. By looking at the box, or the bottle, you are expecting a lot more content. I know it says it is 60 ct., but the package looks like it holds a lot more than that.On a more "real" complaint level about the package, the bottle is too big to fit where I normally put stuff like my vitamin C or women's multivitamin. Which wouldn't be so bad if it was actually full, but it isn't.I tend to struggle swallowing pills, and these are pretty large pills. However, for whatever reason they seem to go down well. The instructions are to take one in the morning with a glass of water, before eating. And to not be eating/drinking caffeine. Fortunately, I had recently cut back on my coffee consumption. So my routine is to take this first thing in the morning, and have some breakfast a bit later, and then have one cup of coffee mid-morning. I can't give coffee up entirely.I have not done a second dose, and I don't plan to. Which means this is about a 2 month supply. So far, I've had no adverse effects. I do find myself being more active, and I seem to be warmer in general.

No reaction and results in 2 weeks
The first night I had trouble sleeping (like when I take pseudoephedrine), but after that, I didn't notice any side effects. I only lost 2 pounds during the first 2 weeks, but I noticed my belly was smaller, which is what I was going for. I will continue taking the pills and update this review if needed.

Didn’t work for me
The pills themselves are not super large, do not have a horrible aftertaste, but they do have a small odor that isn’t pleasant to me.The only thing this did was make me jittery. No big rush of energy at all.May work well with others but for me, i can’t say i would recommend.

Why such a big bottle?
Well I certainly didn't like the oversized bottle. But the pills are okay considering it does contain about 350 mg of caffeine per capsule. A can of soda is around 150. Fortunately caffeine doesn't do anything to me but it might be to others so take that into consideration before buying this product.
