It's like your eyes get a blast of arctic wind for a second, and then everything is crystal clear and your eyes look like someone went in and did some photo editing to remove every spec of redness. I do experience a slight stinging in my eyes when applying this product. That goes away after about 30 seconds. The product does relieve dry eye and redness afterward. I'm taking off 2 more stars for the absolutely horrible packaging. There's no rhyme or reason as to how you are to remove the cap and when I finally do get it off, it's after wrestling with it for an entire minute and applying a lot of force... not sure who thought this was a good idea...

These are great drops, I don't find that they burn but do feel cool. I put them in once a day in the morning and it helps with redness and eyes are good all day!
