Marino’s Men Genuine Leather Dress Belt with Single Prong Buckle

I am very dissatisfied with this product. First of all, it’s 2” shorter than advertised. In addition, after one use, the color of the belt rubbed off onto my dress pants, staining them. Do not purchase this belt.

If you're searching for an exact match to the Allen Edmonds Dark Chili color, get the Mahogany belt. Note: The buckle is a gunmetal color. I'd prefer a lighter, polished nickel look. It still looks good; however, gunmetal always takes away from a premium look. And yes, it's genuine leather...per the stamp/smell test.

My belt came in the mail a couple days ago and i wore it for the first time yesterday and it looked amazing. The quality of the belt is also really good. The best part is i only ordered the mahogany color and the sent me an extra one in the box as well a brown one which is just as nice. i would definitely purchase from them again and recommend them.

It’s just your basic leather belt but the leather is really nice. I got them for my boyfriend to wear for work and then I had to argue that he was supposed to wear them regardless that they were nice. I was happy they came in a pack because I ended up convincing him to wear one for the review and he could save the other for nice things. He wears a 32 pants so I got him the 34 size and they were a little small in my opinion but he said it fit. It’s just like a perfect fit and he’s on the last hole and I prefer to have some extra room. I would suggest going a few sizes bigger than their pants but I am nee to getting man clothes so everyone probably already knows that. I will try to post another picture of the belt on him when he gets back from work.

Alright I was skeptical of buy a $15 dollar belt but for the price, this is a super high quality belt! Love it !

Very nice belt, the width is just what I was looking for and it looks nice. However, I'm a size 36 waist, so I got the "size 38 (waist: 36)" size and I'm on the first hole; if I lose any weight, I will need a new belt or will need to punch another hole. In the future, I would ignore the "waist" size and go with the first number.

UPDATED 7/11/2018A representative from Marino's reached out after my original review (below). Given my dissatisfaction with the mahogany belt, they offered a full refund. Instead, I asked if they would consider sending a replacement if they thought the coloring of the one I received was uncharacteristic. They agreed and shipped one right out. Right out of the box I could tell it was much better. Definite red tones and a VERY close match to the product photo for the mahogany. It ended up being a good pairing with the AE Dark Chili color. Updated from 3 to 5 stars. Awesome customer service from Marino's to make it right!ORIGINAL REVIEWThis was the second Marino's belt I've purchased. Double stitched, good buckles, accurate sizing, and fairly reasonable price. The problem is that the color did not well match the color shown. I ordered the Mahogany specifically for the color to pair up with a pair of AE Boulevards in Chili. (I did NOT expect a close match by any means. I just wanted something with a red tone like the product picture showed.) Unfortunately, the belt I received has barely any red in it at all - see pic. On a rack side by side with other brown and black belts, there's no red noticeable either. Certainly dye lots will vary, and computer screen colors are not 'true'. However, it was so far from the product photo that I feel it was misrepresented. For the record, the Burnt Umber is no closer a match in color.

I had ordered this marino belt for my son and he loved it, so I then ordered one for me. It came slightly the wrong size and the wrong color. I noted it to the company and they graciously sent me the right belt. The belt is attractive and well made, but a more important aspect to me is that it is very comfortable to wear. So many dressy looking belts are often uncomfortable and binding. And the belt is particularly easy to change from one pair of pants to another. Also I have worn the replacement belt almost every day since I received it and it does not show and misshaping or wear. It is still like new.

I got the black/tan twin-pack which is a useful combination. They seem just as they appear on the product page (though I don't have the skill to distinguish real leather from fake). Being the narrower side they are fine for more formal trousers. Notably, they're the first kind of belt I have managed to order that remotely fits; others tend to be way too large. I measure my waist at 32", I wear 32" trousers (Wrangler jeans, etc.) and this belt in 32" if anything is a bit loose on me: I need to put it to the closest hole as the others are too loose. If ordering again I would go for the 30".

This belt is extremely good quality. The leather is fantastic and the stitching is precise and detailed. The buckle is a blacked chrome which looks fantastic. I got this belt to match my ted baker shoes that I could not find the right matching colour. The packaging for this belt screams quality and luxury. So much detail has gone into every aspect from packaging to tags to the foam inside the box that stops the belt moving around. The stamping inside of the belt is uniform and clear which looks great. I’m a 32 waist and ordered for a 32 waist and it was a great fit. I will defiantly be getting a few more colours.

The belt is made with thin veneer of leather over a foam interior. I use it only with formal trousers yet it disintegrated after three months occasional use.

Arrived promptly, very well wrapped, inside a presentation box (which also makes it a fine gift). Real quality of leather and in manufacture that looks magnificent (Burnt Umber) and is a delight to wear. So good in fact I'm buying a further two in varying colours. Highly recommended.

Have had the belt for around 10 days and have worn it on 3 separate occasions. Size is good, it also looks and feels good. Previous belts I've had only started to show any deterioration some months later so a bit early to predict longevity. However I'll give it a few months and if I'm still as pleased would happily purchase again.
