Takes 2 people, but is easy to install, minimal skills
I have loved my sap pump for many years in every house I owned. Just recently my bottle threads broke, and while looking for a replacement bottle I found this! Refilling my plastic bottle was always messy whether I filled it from the top or unscrewed it underneath. Well I thought this was too good to be true, but it works like a dream! I did have to have someone hold the fixture on top of the counter while I was under the sink tightening the nut, but that was it. I could have done it myself if I had super long and bendy (think "plastic man") arms.

Easy to install, a pleasure to use.
After replacing the kitchen faucet, I had a hole in the countertop. Decided to put this in for dish detergent. Easy to install and works great (so far). Will update if there are problems.

Where Have You Been My Life?
PROS:• Instructions were simple and easy to follow with no usage of heavy jargon• Smooth nickel finish that greatly matches kitchen sink• 2 stick-on clips to neatly clamp suction tube in place and out of the way• Multiple cap attachments allows usage for different soap bottle sizes• Eliminates the need to frequently refill the significantly small soap dispenser bottle• Eliminates the potential spillage mess of soap from attempts in refilling the bottle• Plastic nut screwed very easily to bottom thread of dispenser using only one hand with no direct sight of the dispenser itself (single self-installation)• Previous weekly soap refills can now transition to half-yearly or even yearly refills by just replacing the actual big soap dispenser bottleCONS:• Dispenser occasionally does not dispense a lot of soap and requires extra pumps to suction more from the tubeNOTE:• During initial first usage, dispenser requires a couple of dozen pumps to get the air out and draw the soap from the bottle onto the tube, so do not assume it is broken• Just inspect and verify the extension hose has soap, and it should gradually come out the dispenser with each pump

wish I could give it more stars
I waited a couple of months to write a review to make sure it works WELL. It does and so easy to install, just have to pump it a few times to get the air out of the tube and it starts working. Much better than trying to fill the soap dispenser bottle

Great soap pump
Works great! Check that the flow arrow is pointing the right direction. Long enough tubing to cut for a perfect fit. Pumps every time. Caps fit my bottle perfect! No more hundred pumps to get my soap, or refilling bottles. Easy to install, actually took longer pulling my old one out.

Great for a little, bad for a lot
How much dish soap do you need dispensed at one time?If you are like my wife, you need a little. A small dollop on a sponge, and she washes away for a few items, then goes back for more. Works fantastic! If you are like me, I like a generous amount into a bowl of hot water to make a soapy, foamy batch, that I then use to wash 30-40 items before my bowl runs out. I find my way is much better for cutting through grease while using the soap more efficiently. However my way requires several large dollops of detergent. One would think dispensing a small amount at one time is better. I agree. If I need more, I simply pump more. 2, 3... 6 squirts should do the trick. That way you have better control of how much you use and waste less. The problem is, squirt #1 comes out great. #2, less so, #3 and up? Nada. I thought I ran out of soap and had to check under the sink. Nope. I had plenty.I believe the problem is related to vacuum and viscosity (thickness) of the liquid soap. I believe it can only pull up the liquid slowly. So when you first squirt, everything is at equal pressure and it comes right out. Then it works to pull up more. The second squirt in a row, just pushes out some remnants left over from the first squirt, then there is no more to push out until it slowly makes its way up the long tube. How slowly? No clue. I didn't have the time or interest in setting up an experiment to test the limits. I just know that I can't get enough when I need it. If I delay, I can get more. Of course it's summertime now. I expect this problem will be *way* worse in the winter when underneath the cabinet is 20 degrees colder and the liquid is even thicker. I fear it will be unusable then. Even the first squirt might be problematic.

Use the biggest bottle of soap you can get so you don’t have to change it often
Hardest part was getting under the sink. Looks good. Compliments the faucet. Is a good replacement for the original pump that came with the faucet (that one broke off within a year).

Soap dispenser w/ pump
I added a 90 fluid ounce bottle to the dispenser which lasted 10 months. I just replaced it today with a 1 gal bottle. Should last awhile before refilling. Sorry about the position in the photo but couldn't figure how to rotate it.
