Autoimmune Winner!
My boyfriend has lupus and it is hard to find food that suits his dietary needs. In the past, Walmart and Publix has carried this brand and I have religiously bought this product for 2 years! He has to have food that can break down easily and not cause gut discomfort. If you are searching for an oatmeal that will NOT bloat you and energize you for the rest of the day...look no further! I have also tried this product and can honestly say it is delicious and a perfect carb source to start your morning routine :). Oh and pricing is only a few cent different from Walmart so it's a win-win!

Delicious & Just the Right Sweetness!
I’ve tried a lot of gluten-free oatmeal, but this one from Nature’s Path is by far my favorite. The maple flavor is so well-balanced; it’s sweet but not overwhelmingly sugary and has a warm, comforting taste. That’s perfect for mornings. The texture is just right, too—not too thick, but creamy enough when I make it with milk instead of water. It cooks quickly, and the oats stay nice and soft without turning mushy, which I appreciate. The box is a good size, and I love that it’s organic and non-GMO. As someone with celiac, finding a gluten-free breakfast that’s both delicious and nutritious can be challenging, but this oatmeal hits all the marks. It’s become a regular in my pantry!

One expired box
I have bought this item several times but my most recent order had an expired box in it. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Takes a long time to receive, but definitely worth it.
This is a very good, low sugar, quinoa (oatmeal like) cereal. There are a few complaints by other buyers about texture. I made a bowl of this and a bowl of standard rolled oatmeal, and you can't really tell a difference, aside the lack of oat husk, which is quite nice IMHO. It's way better for you as well. Not loaded with sugar and other mess. Just add water, microwave 70 seconds, and done. Add butter, milk, or sugar to taste (if necessary). I prefer it plain. Very filling, just like oatmeal. The only drawback is it either has stock/supply issues, or ships slower than any other order. But, totally worth it.

Nutritious
This product is very nutritious. I often make overnight oats and the sizes make it easy to assemble weekly meals. Also, great if you need a quick meal on the go. I typically can find hot water to add from convenience stores, offices, and airplanes (ask the attendants).
