The sheet is really small as you can tell from size. If trying to be frugal like I was by cutting small it won’t work. They will come off too easy. Other then that it helped.

This is great for healing (and reducing/improving the appearance) of surgical scars.

This strip of material is very small. My wife was expecting a pack of several strips but it's pretty clear in the description that this is for ONE single strip. My wife lost the strip on the second day she had it so we have no idea if or how it works. The directions are a bit odd. When the strip comes out of the box, it is clear but one side has a clear cover and the other a dull clear cover. You are to remove the clear cover and stick that side to your skin ... regardless, stick the sticky side on your skin. Make sure to remove it before showering or drying with a towel or it'll come off and that's a big waste of money.
