With all the Cicadas in the area. Thought Cicada Bolo Tie would be a cute & funny thing to wear. Detail was good and everyone was easily able to tell it was a Cicada.Cheap enough that purchasing as a sort of joke, does not break the bank.

It is a little smaller than it seems in the picture; the clasp is smaller around than I'd like and the cord seems a bit thinner. Also, the clasp itself was not very tight on the cord, the clasp kept falling down the cord as I was wearing it. I was able to bend the the two metal parts around the cord by hand to tighten it, so no need to return the item. It's still an attractive piece, just be aware that it may be a bit smaller than you are expecting.

I’ve been meaning to buy a bolo tie for a long time but they were all too cheesy. This cicada tie is so fun and special. It’s a huge cicada though just like real life, so if you’re looking for something subtle this is not it.
