Anacharis is the most popular of the submerged oxygenating pond plants. It is a fast growing submerged plant that competes with algae for nutrients, helping keep the water clean and clear. Use one bunch for every 2-4 square feet of surface area. It is not necessary to plant Anacharis, simply attach weights to the bunch of plants and they will sink to the bottom of the pond and grow towards the surface. Anacharis (Elodea) Hardiness Zone: 6-10 Light Requirements: Full Sun to Shade Height: 6" to 8'-10' Water Depth: Minimum 10" up to 40' as long as the water is clear SIZE: SOLD AS CUTTINGS - 6-8 STEMS PER BUNCH Review: Healthy cuttings - Good healthy plant! It came in a small plastic bag with humidity trapped in it. Took this product about a week to get here and the plant looks good. This plant in particular are just cuttings and only 2 out of the 4 of them already had roots sprouting out of them. Planted them and can’t wait to see how they grow! Review: Arrived perfectly! Brilliant green. - The product arrived very healthy and beautifully green. Although it can float, I inserted the stems into the gravel. The plant is now sending down white threads to anchor it to the gravel. It’s growing very tall. I’ve already clipped and replanted the tips of two plants!

were half dead when I got them
I had order 2 different water plants from you. When I received them, the bunched one was a very pale green not like the vibrant green color of the same plant I had before. The water lotus had several dead leaves and the others had black spots. Neither plants looked healthy at all, but I decided to give them a try as I figured that is what you would tell me anyway had I contacted you. They have both been in the water since the day I received them. Neither one had grown a bit, nor did they look any better. The bunched one wouldn't even float any more and the water lotus still looked the same...horrible. I have had purchased both of these plants in years past from a nursery and they did fine. In fact, the water lotus would multiply so quickly that I couldn't give them away fast enough and was throwing them away as they had outgrown my water pond. These I received from you was a waste of my money. I threw the bunched one away a couple of days ago and I threw the water lotus away last evening. RIDICULOUS!

The anacharis was fine. The hornwart wasn't.
The anacharis was fine, but the hornwort was very very small and literally fell apart before I put it in the pond. Once in, It couldn't even be seen. It was unlike any I had ever gotten before. Couldn't get from my regular supplier as they get from Florida and said hurricanes had destroyed the source.

Didnt expect it to flower!
It seemed a little small for the price, but it spreads very quickly and im glad I didnt get more, also just started getting flowers everywhere off it which I didnt expect. (Outdoor pond) Between this in water lettuce I havent needed a filter running this year.

I will not buy from these people again.
Sparse bundles in order from 2021 and this year put a lot of muck in my pond and fell apart from their bundle . Green pieces floating everywhere requiring much cleaning.

Gorgeous thick plants!
A little natural substrate in an isolation tank, some sunlight, check for a pond snail or three, because it happens with this type of plant.... and you basically get ropes of beautiful green plants in 2-3 months. These are quality plants they are selling! IMO 😉 I have so much us this stuff now that it's ridiculous!
