It would have worked but I'm just 5fttall so was a bit too wide but waist too small.

I purchased the Copper Fit Back Pro with some skepticism. I've had 8 back surgeries over a 30 yr time frame and have had just about every type of back brace, girdle, TNS units, etc... But nothing would stop the spasms and cramping in my mid to low back. It has stopped me from doing a lot of things I used to take for granted. However, the Tommy Copper Fit Back-Waist belt is actually working! For the first time in years I can do things that I couldn't do until just a couple of weeks ago. I love to fish but had a hard time standing or sitting do to the cramping in my back. I just started using the Tommy Copper Pro Back-Waist belt and so far nothing has even come close to the results I'm having. I still can't believe no cramping in my back! It's been a very long time coming and finally something is now working for me. What a relief! I forgot what it was like not to have a cramping sensation in my back every time I wanted to check the oil in my car, or the other little tasks that shouldn't be that hard but are! Wow! For those who have the same or similar problem I have with my back, you might want to consider this product. I don't usually recommend something like this because the results very for every body. But that being said, I do believe and feel that if nothing else has helped with your back problems, this product may be just what the doctor hasn't ordered!? The price is very well worth it! I'm very glad l ordered this product and am planning on ordering some their other products as well, since I also have some neck; shoulder; arm; and hand issues. I'm very optimistic and excited about trying out, and using some of the other products. For now, the Copper Fit Pro Back-Waist belt is working for me.

I have horrific back pain. My orthopedic doctor recommended this item specifically it’s has worked wonders over the last three weeks helping with lower back pain. I purchased the extra large. I’m 5 feet four and 165 pounds fits perfectly thank you.

Great item, perfect for me!

Used this for the first time just the other day. I do alot of very awkward heavy lifting.I had worked a 12 hour shift and did not stop for a break the day before. My job requires me to stay in a motel overnight and finish up the next day. The bed, yes the bed was not as forgiving as I hoped for. Woke up, got out of bed and bent over in pain. Showered dressed and put the support on. Almost immediatly I was able to stand upright and it felt so much better. I went on with my day and about 3 hours hours into it I decided to take it off. I was fine to carry on. You see it helped me out to begin with and allowed me to get going using my back muscles without depending on it completely. Best back support system I have ever used.
