Great product, amazing result
This is the second time I purchase Herbatint, I was really happy with the results! I have about 30-40% gray and some other brands end up looking very dark and unnatural on me but Herbatint looks very natural and I love it. The shades are a bit darker than commercial brands, the first time I bought Light Chestnut and the result was too dark for my taste. This time I got the Golden Dark Blonde and I really like it! It doesn't smell to bad and it doesn't dry out my hair at all. If you want to completely cover the grays, they recommend to use half of the corresponding N (Natural) shade on the mix, I only used the Golden because I don't want 100% coverage.

Love this haircolor
Love that it's an Italian hair color and that it is of such excellent quality. Learned about this through my sister. Because it's a gel and I have thyroid issues, it takes longer than the 30 minutes recommended for it to saturate my hair. I mix a medium brown with this golden blonde for a medium golden brown effect. I may try a darker brown so that my hair takes the color faster so I don't have to leave it on for 40-45 minutes. I love this product and would highly recommend.

Good for a while
I started using this product because I cannot use regular hair color or anything with ammonia or chemicals because they burn my scalp. When I first started using this, I loved the color and I continued using it and re-ordered for a few times. For some reason I started having a really itchy scalp after a few months and could not figure out if it was the product or what but I discontinued using the product and started applying castor oil to my hair. My scalp is "super sensitive" so I have to be really selective on what I put on my hair and scalp. The product is really easy to use and was consistent in the color. I had tried Henna before this and after a while I started having itching with Henna as well so not sure what is going on.

5N Light Chestnut, 6D Dark Golden Blonde & 6N Dark Blonde
My natural hair is medium brown with 50% gray. I have long hair, to mid back. I wanted to get a light brown so started by mixing equal parts of 6N and 5N (dark blonde and light chestnut), for roots only I mixed 1 tbsp of each color and 2 tbsp of the developer. The result was a medium brown. Beautiful color, no red. I decided to go a little lighter and mixed 5N and 6D (Light Chestnut and dark golden blonde) it came out a little lighter and no reds. And lastly I reduced the amount of chestnut and finally got a light brown by mixing 1/2 tbsp light chestnut with 1-1/2 tbsp of dark golden blonde and 2 tbsp of the developer. I leave it on for 50 min. Came out perfect No red! I always protect my clothes with a plastic cape, and cut a long piece of paper towel, roll it up about and inch wide and place it around my neck. I got my own gloves. The ones that come in the box are horrible. For a full head application I used 2 tbsp of one color and 2 of the other and 4 tbsp developer. You don't need to do full head every month, at least I don't. The color stays, so I do my roots only every 4-5 weeks.Everybody is different and if you have any kind of allergies do a test first. Carefully read the directions for mixing colors and you will be fine. Of course all dyes have some chemical but the amount of it compared to regular hair color is minimal. I order 2 boxes of these different colors and do my roots for like 5 months. I had tried the organic salon once and spent 150 dollars in one visit just for my roots! to get the same result I get with Herbatint. I love it and recommend it to anyone who don't mind doing their hair at home. One more thing I noticed, after I stopped using color from the local stores is that my hair is not falling and looks healthier. Now that I am using more of the 6D I need to order that one more often, but it is worth my money. Thank you Herbatint.

Did what I intended it to do
First pic- hair majority bleached. Natural is dark brown. Used 4N (40 ml) and 6D (20ml) with 60ml of developer on roots. Would’ve gotten 5D, but next day delivery wasn’t an option. Left for 20 min. Then added 20ml of 6D and 20ml to the rest of my hair. Combed it all thru for another 20 min.
