Pro: Seems to work quite well once you figure out how to navigate and decipher the instructions. Crisp, colorful picture. Very good audio. Mini keyboard is helpful for entering passwords and URLs. Paired easily with the provided dongle. Air mouse is very useful. Paired easily with the provided USB dongle. Price is reasonable.Con:Amazon Prime Video doesn't work. Any selected movie starts, then stops after just a few seconds. Error message comes up, "Prime Video keeps stopping" even though WiFi signal shows as "Excellent" in strength. This is not a buffering problem. Prime Video movies just won't play. Many function buttons on the mini-keyboard don't work; e.g., Back, Page Up, Page Down, etc. Some buttons on the air mouse don't work; e.g., Delete. I was unable to get Kodi or Stremio apps to work.Customer support said a few days ago that they will assign a programmer to work the Prime Video issue. If they fix this promptly, I will update this review. If not, the unit goes back while it's still returnable. If you're a Prime Video member, you may want to hold off a bit to see if this and the Kodi/Stremio app issues are resolved. Another customer has reported the same issue. Third times the CHARM!! Ordered 3 different machines with various issues BEFORE ordering this one. I have been using n setting these up for a few years for friends n family n this one seems GREAT. Operates well. Easy to setup. Didn't have any difficulties or wifi problems during the time I had it. The friends I bought it as a Gift for are more than HAPPY and PLEASED with the 2 separate Kodi builds (The Fix and Magic) I installed for them to use n get familiar with this type of system. That teamed with RD n it seemed faster n more stable than the boxes I utilize that are almost 2 years old. I love being able to get these thru Amazon because I have learned thru the years it can be Hit n Miss buying these boxes at times and it's GREAT to be able to send back a faulty box n get a different one. THIS WAS A GREAT PURCHASE! No, it's not a Nvidia but it is a nice lil Android box n the one we recieved worked WELL!!

I have purchased a few Android set top boxes over the years, so very familiar with the pros and cons of these devices. I was needing a new one to replace an old workhorse that just ran out of steam so thought I'd future proof myself a little by purchasing a new one Android v13.Unfortunately this one was a terrible choice. The scrolling and selection on the controller was flaky, and the out-of-box UI was awful. Looked pretty standard for this kind of box, but combined with the controller, was almost unusable. Unpredictable scrolling, hit and miss selecting, and random apps popping up along the way.When I finally did manage to get a couple of new apps downloaded from the Playstore, they also behvade very weirdly. One kept freezing and the other one was throwing strange errors about missing pages and connection issues which made it look like network traffic was being diverted through an unknown proxy. Very sketchy.I'm used to setting up devices like this, but after an hour of trying to connect and sign in to just one app, I hit factory reset and started an Amazon return.There are lots of good options out there, but sadly this is not one of them. Do not recommend.

This Android TV box came with Android 9.0 OS and has a new interface.The box came with pre-installed Miracast Display, Netflix, WeatherPro, Cartoon HD, Show Box. Other famous applications including Kodi are available from the Play Store.The box is very fast, thanks Quad Core CPU and 4 GB RAM and because of 64 GB of storage, you to download all desired applications. If you need more storage, you can use a TF card. The box had USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports to connect the external storage and other external devices like wireless keyboard.Dual band WiFi 2.4G 5.8G works really well. I am testing this box almost two weeks and I did not have any interruptions in service while watching live movies or archives. Most of the Android boxes I used before had issues using wireless connection, but this one did not have any connectivity issues or buffering.Bluetooth 4.1 allows to connect and use external Bluetooth devices and cellular phones to the box.The picture quality is excellent and I can watch HD or 4K movies with no issues. The box is using HDMI output and the HDMI cable was included. The box also has AV output to connect to old analog TV sets.The sound quality is very good and you can adjust sound using the remote control.The remote control is actually an advanced Air Mouse remote. It’s very easy to use You don’t have to point it precisely to the box. I’ve tested a remote control from another box and I thought the remote was not good enough. Surprisingly, the remote works excellent with this box because obviously the box itself has much better sensor that older boxes.Remote keyboard is a very good supplement and helps to operate with the box, especially when surfing the Internet or typing. The keyboard is very responsive and helpful.This is my second Android box from the same manufacturer and both boxes work excellent, which makes me happy.The seller is very responsive to questions and I got responses almost immediately.I am recommending this product, the seller, and the manufacturer.

...there are some things you should know:1) It will no longer receive OS updates.2) It restarts itself in the middle of shows.3) Reverts to a different time zone randomly.
