I was so excited to use these after my gym routine for my booty workouts was getting boring and I wasn't seeing results just using weights. I wanted to switch it up and I am glad I did! I noticed almost an immediate difference when you use these the right way along with a good diet. If you really focus on mind to muscle, you can target the right areas and bam! They very well made and high quality. I accidentally didn't read the tags inside that tells you the difficulty level and woops I started with the hardest one but oh well! They all work amazingly well!

These are awesome! The inner fabric is soft & no slip. I used them comfortably on my bare skin without any problems. The resistance is perfect & I'm grateful of the different options. I can definitely tell the levels between all three. Even without the tags, that show which one is light, medium, or heavy.I have pets, so I did notice the outter fabric is a magnet for hair, but nothing a lint roller can't handle.I absolutely love incorporating these in my home & gym workout. They easily fold, so I've been keeping them in the ziplock bags they came in as well as the travel bag. It's a great perk to keep them separated from each other & my clothes in the gym bag or if I just need to carry them separately.

I love using my bands they help me workout my gluts and legs. I find them to be comfortable and sturdy. For the price and quality I think it’s worth it. I definitely get a good work out using it and it gets the job done. My 3 pack came undamaged. Highly recommend it.

Wow!! These bands are VERY well made. Strong, tightly woven material and solid stitching make for resistance bands that will last a long time. The anti slip strips on the inside of the band give an excellent grip and prevents the band from moving during exercise. 3 different sizes give you a wide range of options and the material feels comfortable, evennahainst bare skin. Well worth the purchase. You won't be disappointed.

That are great! I use to do some orange theory exercises, so combining this for legs, then cardio and weights helps me mirror what I used to do there. The quality is great and they come with 3 units, which allows me to share at home with my wife.

I started using these bands with the lightest resistance one first for a week and it worked great. The following week I moved on to the medium resistance and loved it. The third week came along and the band started “folding/rolling” making it uncomfortable. I have to stop and adjust every 2 movements. They are made of very durable material I’m just now sure why they roll on me.
