Not built for trails
It comes with a lot of bells and whistles, but none of the parts are built to last against the punishment of a trail. If you're new to mountain biking, and want a bike that you can grow with without needing to replace later on, look elsewhere. It is however, comfortable, and could be useful for street riding. Also, it says 2018, but that is exactly the same bike that I bought in 2016. It makes me think that they're changing the name without actually improving the product.

Excellent Bike for Casual Use
This is a good bike out of the box but definitely not for people who want to take it on trails. You get what you pay for (and some) so it would likely appeal to casual bikers or beginners. Here are some thoughts on the good and bad about this bike:The Good:- the price. It is definitely a good value if you want a good mountain bike.- the build and design is nice. The frame feels strong and although it is not light, its not strenuous to carry it.- dual mechanical disk brakes- dual full suspension. I haven’t tried high-end dual suspension bikes yet but for the price its a great feature on this bike.- the packaging is excellent. Assembly does not require a lot of knowledge about bikes but watch YouTube first before you start. The Bad:- the brake pads are touching the disk when the wheels were initially assembled. Its a good thing that I have some knowledge about bikes and I was able to adjust it properly, otherwise you may have to go to a bike shop to have it adjusted.- the seat is so-so. I recently went on a 10 mile ride (probably considerd a short ride to most enthusiasts) and it was not comfortable. It will be one of the first things to upgrade on this bike.- the tires are a hybrid type more suited for the road. I wouldn’t advise taking the stock tires on difficult trails or terrain.- the design of the full suspension looks cool but it took a huge amount of space in the frame and the only place to put a standard bottle holder is at the bottom of the frame. After only a few minutes on mostly dry roads, my bottle was already full of dust and dirt from its close proximity to the ground and front wheel.- the handle bar grips are just OK. Wear gloves for more comfort or replace it with better grips. In summary, I still think this is a good buy for casual bikers. Expect to pay for a new seat, a new set of tires, and maybe new grips if you want to take it to the next level.

Tires are useless! Really road tires on a full suspension MTB?
First off I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because of the tires. Really? A full suspension mountain bike that comes with road tires? If you are planning to use this bike off-road which I am sure you are as why buy a mountain bike for the road...You will need to change the tires immediately as it is completely unrideable with the stock tires off-road. That said the rest of the bike is great and well worth the price. Yes it does require some setup and adjustment so if you can't do it yourself you probably shouldn't be buying bike online. However, any bike will need adjustments and tuning periodically so having to get professional help if needed is no different than with a bike originally purchased at a shop. Then again try to find a bike of this quality and equipment for this price at a shop. Other than the useless tires, I found the bike to be very good in all areas. The seat is comfortable, the shifters and derailleurs were smooth and worked great off road. The brakes are also very good as are the ergonomics. The bike feels good and definitely is robust and of high quality. I did not see any indication of the paint scratching easily as other reviewers have. The shocks are adequate and easily handled my 210 pounds but they do lack dampening so there is a lot of bounce, but what do you expect for the price. Still the suspension works well and makes the bike a lot of fun to ride over roots and rocks and can take the occasional small jumps. Again, other than the ridiculously useless tires this is a great bike. Too bad as if it just had cheapo off-road tires it would rate 5 stars!

Great value for the money...
I seldom go offroading, but I wanted a full-suspension bike to pamper my 70 year old body going up and down curbs. I also am not a fan of what seem to be the norm on lower priced bikes, those semi-caliper brakes with the cable running across the top, so I like the disc brakes this one has. It came well packaged (via FedEx), and there was no damage. It took me about an hour to do the minimal assembly required...install the handlebars, connect the front brake cable to the lever, install the front wheel and pedals, and put air in the tires. Everything else is already assembled and working. The wheels aren't perfectly true, but they're only a very tiny bit out of line, and with the disc brakes it doesn't affect the handling or stopping. Very minor issue. I bought this bike mainly so I can get a better workout than I get with my recumbent trike, but it turns out that it's also just plain fun to ride...and it's a lot easier on my back than my trike (which has no suspension).

This bike is an awesome deal!
This bike is absolutely amazing, especially given the price. I used it as a base for a 1kw electric bike and it's perfect for the application. I had a solid frame with no suspension before, and riding over rough streets at 25-30 MPH was rough. After moving the parts to the new frame, it's impressively smooth. So far, I've had no problems with any of the components on the bike. The brakes are decent enough, even for repeated hauls down from 30 but I plan to replace them with hydraulics at some point soon. The only negative thing I can say is that the paint has chipped off in a few places, but it isn't noticeable. All in all this bike is excellent and the seller was quick and informative. I'd recommend this bike to anyone looking for an inexpensive, fully-suspended, disc brake equipped frame.

I would highly recommend to someone who is just getting into biking
No it’s not a trek but I’ve taken this bike down some serious trails and yes it has given be a couple of issues but with a little tweaking this bike does everything I ask it to do and more. I would highly recommend to someone who is just getting into biking. The seat in not very comfortable but what bike seats are.. and I would recommend getting some mountain bike tires if you plan to ride trails
