The men's KONA sleeveless race suit is a one-piece vest+short combo and is the perfect entry suit for triathlon and offers unbeatable value, comfort and performance for the price. The suit is engineered to preserve free range of motion in the shoulders, support through the core, while the mesh panels provide temperature and moisture management during your ride and run. And the rear pocket keeps your energy gels within reach. If you are just getting started with triathlon, this is the trisuit you need.

the suit is very comfortable during the bike ride and especially during the run ...
I purchased this for an upcoming Ironman Triathlon race in June 2017. I tried it out over the weekend during a long training session to see if it would hold up and not bother me in certain places. Let me tell you--PERFECT!!! The fit is impressive and the seam "grips" at the bottom of the leg doesn't squeeze your quads. With the mesh material at the front (side obliques) and back, the suit is very comfortable during the bike ride and especially during the run with air flowing through. The saddle pad moves with you during bike ride, thin but cushiony. The back pocket is just the perfect size and easily accessible. I stuffed 4 gells back there. I wore this Tri suit under my swim skin during swim and there's no restriction at all. All-around silky smooth fit and NICE on the quads. I really bought it because of the sharp "masculine" look. But after wearing it for an extended period for training, I would definitely recommend this suit--REALLY!!! Thank You!!!

Spend the extra money and get a higher quality suit
I bought this suit for my first half-ironman and I was initially pleased with the fit and comfort level on the bike and swim. However, I wore it for a 5 mile training run and the stitching around the pad cut into my butt cheeks pretty bad. I own a couple of pairs of cycling shorts and one pair of "Tri" bottoms that are about 7 years old. The stitching was noticeably stiffer and protruded out from the fabric much further than those in any other compression bottoms i own. I was disappointed but budget restrictions meant i was wearing the suit for my race regardless (it cut my butt in the race too). I am now training for a full and used the suit for a recent training swim. Afterwards, i noticed that the stitching around the pad had come undone and the pad was starting to come off the suit. This was about the 5th time i had worn the suit and would expect it to hold up much better. If you are doing a "couch to sprint" this might be fine. Anything longer and I would recommend spending the extra money and getting a higher quality suit. I wish I had. As a side note, my tri bottoms are 7 years old, much more comfortable, and still holding up pretty well (just a little stretched out). They are zoot brand, and I will go that direction for my next purchase. As a side note, Amazon customer service was great. I was past the return window, but they were able to refund almost half the money of the purchase and i will just keep the suit for swims. Amazon will get that money right back as i appreciate the sentiment and will get my next suit here as well.

Awesome. Love it!!!!
Wore this over the weekend in a triathlon and loved it. It's very comfortable and didn't feel the pad at all while running. That can be a good or bad thing being that it's not the softest on the bike but would rather feel it less there and less on the run. The vents are awesome and breathed so well. Temp was in the 70's-80's throughout. I'm a big guy (230lbs 6'1" and thick) and the XXL was great. May buy the blue one to have another color.

Probably not for my body type..
I was disapointed with the fit of this suit. The length and width were okay but the suit seems to bulge around the stomach area. I am very lean (1.80m/70Kg) so maybe it's not for me but for the fuller triathletes. The suit also started falling apart after 1 year of racing and training. Not buying this again.

A bit snug
Decent looking, but this suit is pretty tight. I'm a bigger guy I guess (6' and 224lb), so I found the XXL to be too tight for me.

Sizing is way too big
Product sizing is way too big does not fit. I would have sent this back but it arrived 2 days before my triathlon and I pulled it out of the bag on race day and it didn't fit had to use my backup suit.

Great tri suit- order a size larger tho
Great suit. Fits well but did run small. I usually wear a size XL in shirts but for this I ordered a XXL. For reference I am 6’2 and weigh 210 lbs.
