Anyone with an older hospital bed at home will have a hard time finding this 9-pin Quick-Release hand controller. This is true to its image. Works perfectly on my 15 year old hospital bed. Needed a replacement controller after the old controller's rubber wiring started disintegrating. I used electrical wiring until it was nearly gone. Easy to install.

We were told by the insurance company that they could not simply replace the faulty controller. That we would need a Dr's referral to have the entire bed replaced.But you came through for us.It works beautifully with minimal effort to replug.Thank you

The remote connects and performs all the necessary hospital bed functions. Only one directional function operation was inverted.

This was perfect. Easy to install and working great.

The switch seems ok but I would bevery concerned the wires are so light weight that they would not carry 120v current. Don't buy this if you intend on wiring it to a electric bed. When you cut the wires to splice there is litterly nothing to work with. I threw it out.

Sent wrong product, luckily the connector fit, but doesn't clip in like it should. Seller sent a remote with screw lock instead of locking clip. But it works.
