Great pasta!
Finding all the different pasta here has been very fun. These are now a favorite! Al dente is perfect, slightly softer still holds the shape and flavor very well. No matter what dressing or sauce I used, it was consistently good. The quality of the product is very worth the slightly higher price. Highly recommend!

These pastas from Italy are the best!

Great taste
I used these to make a pasta casserole for 12 friends. Everyone loved it and were fascinated by the story on how this pasta got its name. One of them insisted on taking home the empty bag so he could share the story with his friends too. I make my own pasta from time to time. I would never attempt to make these tiny twisted things so I'm very glad that these taste as good as my home-made pasta.
