Very poor quality, I have only had this bag 4 weeks and had to repair it in 3 different places where stitching has gone and material frayed. Unable to contact seller for refund.Last on caused a strap to go and zip flew open with contents spilling everywhere.I am disabled, I have injured myself today thanks to the bad breaking 😡

I love this bag... It is just the right size for keeping in everyday essentials and a bit more... Deffo coffee proof (I learned that first hand when the guy in greggs did not secure my lid... I was slightly scalded but bag was deffo 100%). I also love the design and the strength of the pockets and zips on the bag

I really like the bag. However, I am disappointed to find that the quality of it is quite poor as you can see from the images attached. What's worse is that I bought this item just over a month ago and I have only started to use it couple of weeks ago. For the product to start tearing at the seams in just a matter of weeks is shoddy.

Material not as expected. Straps very thin and dont stay in position.

Looks nothing like the picture! So floppy with no structure, and the colours are completely off! Such a shame.

It's a nice bag. Splits very easily. Only ordered it in July and the top split open and zip broke

Not even 1 day use and it's already coming away at the seams.
