def. leak proof and great in the microwave.i really enjoy these! i personally don't have a strong grip, so it takes me a minute to take the lid off. my husband on the other hand, has a tendency to break off the rim of the bowl. this causes the lid to not be so leak proof and very sharp edges.

I bought these hoping they were similar to ones I'd bought from another company that I unfortunately couldn't get anymore. The only real plus was they were a bit bigger and stacked when full in our freezer fairly well. But the plastic that encased them for shipping is cheap, and the lids are as well. Several were already broken upon unboxing, and others broke as we used them. The lids are terribly difficult to get off - lots of little notches on the side for the lid to snap into place. We didn't notice at first, and wondered why it was so difficult to get the lids off. We had a hard time getting them off most of the time, and we had lids break and/or things spilled in the process. We had leak issues too with liquids (I was putting homemade stocks and sauces in these). Definitely don't tip them AT ALL if you have liquids. You'll be cleaning up a mess.These were such a disappointment. Won't be buying again. We agreed to just use what we have until they eventually break, use them to give to people to take leftovers home from our house and put in recycling when done, and really only use when we absolutely have to. I had a whole stack of 25 that I hadn't unwrapped - I donated it.

Pro:50 containers and 50 lids for a great price.They stack neatly and are great for organizing the fridge and your leftovers.Fairly tight lids. Dropped a few full boxes and they stayed together, no spills.Con:The lids are hard to get off and because the plastic is somewhat brittle both the lid and the container tend to chip easily (ouch)Plastic is thinner than expected. I wouldn't use them in the freezer myself for fear of cracks when expanding.Shorter shelf life than other similar storage container. I bought them in Oct 2020 and am down to a handful of boxes that are still useable. But hey, for the price I got my money's worth.

There product is great. We only hand wash to avoid damaging the containers. They are very thin. Only complaint is the seal in tight and within joints. When opening, it is sticky and hard and several times, the container has chipped a peice of plastic, from the top side and has fallen into the food inside the container only to be found while chewing. Word of warning to try and gently pull the top off. Otherwise, great value and perfect portion size for meals.

Difficult to open and crack easily. I would not use them even if they were free.

These are a good size and shape, but they are very brittle. I've had these for several months and it's a 50/50 shot if the lid will come off without the edges cracking or the middle of the lid basically shattering. The edges of the base also crack easily. Once most of these break I'll be buying something else to replace them. I wouldn't take another set of these if someone gave them to me for free.

I've ordered similar ones to these in the past and have never had them Crack while opening the lid. I use them for meal prep and my clients were not happy. Majority of them have chipped and cracked. Love the size though.

The containers themselves are great but in shipping 5 or 6 were damaged with broken corners. There was on packing materials to prevent banging around.

Cheap packaging - a few were chipped when plastic wrapping was removed . Overated - nothing but just plastic containers . Wish I could return it.
