If for no other reason than it will probably do the same for you, you should happily and quickly whip out your wallet, order this for EVERYONE on your Christmas list even for your grouchy neighbor, no, especially for your grouchy neighbor, not only because it is transforming to the cells in our bodies and makes us feel happier than we have in years, but also, and this is important, too, the brochure that comes with it is so darned cute and chocked full of support information. That's what caught my eye...the cute brochure, but then my computer must have an algorithm that says, "this human likes cute labels and brochures...make them pop up as much as possible." How grateful I am that MaryRuthOrganics logo and add popped up all on its own. Surely Amazon must let customers review more than once, so in hopes of that, I will respond at a later date with more good news. Iv’e tried so many multivitamins , but this one has stuck. It’s super easy to take, and because it’s liquid , I know my body’s actually absorbing it better . I feel more energized in the mornings, and my skin has noticeably improved. Bonus : it doesn’t taste gross like most vitamins. Highly recommend if you want something simple and effective !

I just started taking these vitamins so we'll see what difference I feel in a few weeks. The taste is pleasant and the ingredients are very good. So far I'm very happy with them.

This is my 3rd bottle. I hate taking pills of any size so I opted for liquid vitamins. I keep the bottle in the refrigerator, it's taste takes a while to get use to. I don't forget to take it since I open the refrigerator many times a day. I don't like keeping bottles of vitamins on my counter. I will continue to purchase Mary Ruth's Liquid vitamins.
