Love the depth of knowlege from this book
Practical! Knowledgable, and very interesting!. This book is an easy read and helps you understand your disposition to food in combination with nature. Once i knew the essence of my core, I now can easily fulfill what my body needs/requires to be in balance. I will be using this book for years to come. The receipes in the back are also very tasty and easy to make.

This book Is not another cookbook for a healthy diet!
This book shines light on the deep rooting issues and ideas that people have when it comes to their problems with health and well-being, and ultimately with their eating habits. The author offers a change of mindset with easy to understand advise for clean nutrition and for nurturing our emotions at the same time. The connection between those two is the common theme of this book. Big bonus are the delicious recipes!

Flip the script around your relationship with food.
In Meena Puri's new book "Healing Your Relationship with Food", she invites the reader to look at food as the nourishing and spiritual resource it is to our bodies. I found myself pausing often as I read through the chapters to consider the truth of what she was teaching me about something so basic to my life. Since reading her book, I find that I am more grateful for the food choices I have and much more mindful of what I choose to put into my body. The recipes are wonderful, easy to read and full of wonderful spices, which I can't wait to explore. The information in this book should be shared with anyone who struggles with weight or less than vibrant heath, as she provides real answers on how to move these conversations forward from a different perspective that has been successful for centuries. I enjoyed the opportunity to learn about Ayuevda. It is fascinating, and has added another dimension to my life. I can't wait to share this book with everyone I know!

"Healing Your Relationship With Food: The Ayurvedic Answer" Is a Must for anyone trying to lose weight permanently! I am a NASM Certified personal trainer and Certified Ayurveda Practitioner. I am alarmed by the number of people whose goals are weight loss of 30 pounds or more. Exercise alone is simply not enough for people to succeed at sustainable weight loss. They truly need to view food differently, explore why they may be overeating or eating the wrong foods. In Meena's book she simplifies nutrition, cooking and gives delicious recipes. I will be recommending this nugget for all of my clients.

Common sense wisdom
Meena Puri 's book "Healing Your Relationship with Food" is a fascinating and enjoyable read. Meena is that rare health 'expert' who looks at the whole body rather than just focusing on specific symptoms, and is able to make recommendations that treat both the body and mind. She seems to almost instinctively know the root cause of any ailment, and suggests logical and practical lifestyle changes. This book captures Meena's wisdom and joie de vivre - she seems to genuinely want to make a difference for those of us who struggle with food choices, and I can't wait to try some of the recipes!

Amazing. Life changing for me.
I’ve read this book twice and keep going back to it. There is so much truth and gets to the root of food issues. I contacted Meena after reading the book to start individual sessions with her because she is legit.

If we are in realtionship with food, and i fully believe this, then lets make it a warm,beautiful, sacred relationship. With some good stories, playfulness, and especially deep wisdom of the energetic dynamic we have with food, Meena invites us in to a healthy relationship with food. I loved the mix of knowledge from the underlying field mixed with practical tips and recipes. You get it all here in this awesome book my friends. Enjoy.
