Excellent dietary supplement to provide what we miss in our overly processed diet. Provides not only fiber, but also helps balance the pH factor in the digestive tract, restoring the natural viscuous state of the intestinal tract. I found it an effective way to combat constipation without overuse of laxatives. Tablets are average size, and easy to swallow. One can also crush the tablets to mix in with food or drink if so desired.
