I suppose it's too much to ask for stainless at this price point, but you can see rusting after 2 days in fresh water. For a submersible pump, I'd expect more consideration for corrosion resistance. Maybe this is just surface tarnishing, but concerning nonetheless. Also, pump I received has metal bottom unlike picture that shows plastic.
