All that you might want to know about how Mossad was formed and its actions worldwide
The e-book provides a brief description of the history of Israel from its formation in 1948 to the present day. The Mossad was formed under the direction of the Israeli Prime Minister Ben Gurion. The organization is similar to the CIA and the British M16. The major difference between Mossad and the other organizations is that it performs more covert operations and assassinations. The e-book indicated that there were several Israeli intelligence units before the formation of Mossad, but these groups did not work well together. Reuven Shiloah was the first leader of Mossad; he overcame the bureaucratic infighting between the various intelligence units. Isser Harel was the second leader of Mossad. It was during Isser Harel leadership that Eichmann was captured. The e-book described in detail the capture of Eichmann. Next, the book described the Six-Day War. After that, the e-book describes the actions of Israel after the massacre of Israeli athletes in 1972. The e-book also described how Mossad and the CIA interacted. I am sure that there are books that describe the history of the Mossad in greater detail, but I doubt that any of these books would provide a better description than that of this e-book.

Interesting!
spies, historical-figures, historical-places-events, historical-research, middle-east-politicsWell organized and with a linear time line, the inception and progress of the agency is detailed with sufficient documentation. Much time spent on the capture of war criminal Eichmann. Not as informative as I had hoped, but good enough for Publish or Perish.

Interesting
I’m not a news follower nor a history buff. This brought to mind a number on incidents I have memory of and found interesting in the “historical perspective”

Diappointing.
Hides much more than reveals. Doesn't go into the depth.

Mossad , our sometime ally
An interest into the intelligence organizations lead this reader to explore the Mossad. It has often made headlines and controversy. Both Israel and the U.S. have benefited from their work. This work brings Mossad up to date .
