Literally one of the best purchases I've ever made
If I only I could go back in time and use menstrual cups from the beginning. I have been using for a year now and will never ever go back. So easy and convenient. Fingers get a little messy on day 1, but it holds so much I don't have to change every hour like when I used tampons. I dont mind a thorough hand washing but if you are bothered by it you could always wear a glove. Again, it is only messy on my heaviest days which for me is about 1 day right at the beginning of menstruation. Because these cups fit perfectly into the vaginal fornix rather than just clogging up my vagina, they are 100% more comfortable than tampons and never try to work their way out like tampons do. Once it is in, I do not feel it. And you know how tampons get "stuck" and hurt to pull out if they are not moist enough during your lighter days? Doesn't happen with these awesome little silicone cups! Your own natural lubricant still works when you dont have a wad of cotton shoved in there stealing it all. That's right, it catches blood but you still get to keep all those awesome secretions that keep your vajay comfy and healthy! And cramping...for whatever reason tampons always seemed to make my day 1 and 2 cramps even worse. I would say my cramping is halved when using the cups. Not gone, but not aggravated. I am pretty familiar with my body and the tilt of my vagina and curvature of my cervix so there was basically no learning curve for me. I just clover fold it and insert through the vagina into the vaginal fornix with a light tilt toward the rear left because that is where my cervix sits. I haven't missed yet. For the love of all things Holy, try a menstrual cup!!!

If you have heavy flow it’s a must have!
I bought about half a year ago and never used. Finally decided to. The large was too big even having had a kid so I switched to the smaller one and it fit perfectly. I didn’t feel it at all. No leaking. Perfection and I’m sad I didn’t try sooner. My periods tend to be incredibly heavy and I have clotting frequently (when one passes I normally get a gush of blood) and tampons never could soak up the blood fast enough. Often times I’d have leakage and overflow. I’d go through 10 tampons easy and would still have to wear pads for overflow, especially at night. I actually slept late and when I got up, I didn’t need to run to the bathroom with overflow running down my legs. I lazily walked to the bathroom and being at the 12 hr mark, I noticed no blood in my undies! It was a bit awkward taking out but no mess tbh. Putting in and taking out can be tricky and awkward but it’s not bad and so much better than tampons or pads. Easily cleaned. Try it especially if you have a heavy flow!

Give it a couple tries
This is the first menstrual cup I've ever used and I have had the opportunity to test it out properly. I have fairly light flow so I have only tried the smaller size as of right now. Ease of use: This is the only thing that might dissuade someone not to use a cup. You must sterilize the cup before use on the first day and again after your final use. In between, you will need to remove, rinse/clean, and reinsert your cup a couple times a day depending on your flow. If you are using a public toilet with multiple cubicles, it will be more of a hassle. Capacity: Fantastic. The small size holds 30ml, which is more than enough for me to not have to worry about it for most of the day. I was unsure of how often to empty the cup at first but they hold significantly more liquid than tampons. I cleaned and reinserted right before bed and had no leaks. Comfort: Insertion took me a little getting used to. You need to fold the cup and get up in your own business to make sure it's properly fitted against the cervix. The first time I tried to use it, the cup apparently didn't unfold into place correctly and I had a leak. Made sure it was unfolded after that and no leakage since. Once you have it in, however, it's easy to completely forget about. I really like not having a tampon string hanging down because it irritates my skin; the cup has a short stem which stays inside. Extras: Comes with a sanitation container you can use to boil-clean your cups. 2 large and 2 small cups. Also has a little bag you can use but it's small a cheap enough that I don't bother and just use a different bag. Very happy with my purchase, though I might have to try another brand to see if there are cups with a slightly thinner silicone lip.

Best choice I've ever made!
For years, I was skeptical about menstrual cups and didn't think they'd work for me due to having a quite heavy flow. I ordered these a few days ago and they arrived earlier this afternoon. Today was my first time using it and it is soooo different than normal menstrual products. Putting it in was nice and easy, and there was admittedly the smallest amount of discomfort, but once it's in, you forget it's even there. I was worried about removal, but that was also easy, just squeeze it a little and pull it out slowly. Cleaning is also simple enough. Just give it a little scrub. If you're worried about leaking over the day, have a pad on hand. I will keep using these over other products for a long as I have them on hand. These are fantastic and are the best purchase I've made in a long time!

Stiff and painful
These are not very pliable and the large is painful to put in and take out. Not very comfortable while in either. Used it one day and never again. I can deal with the small. They hold and seal good. Going back to the other brand I bought and used for years with no problem.

I’m very glad I finally made the switch from pads to the menstrual cup. I researched a lot on how to use it and handy tips esp when I’m outdoors.. the pack of 4 is ideal for my usage. 2 large ones for the heavier days and 2 smaller ones for the lighter days. Very easy to use and extremely comfortable.

Really like this one. Much more comfortable than the ones with a flat edge on the bottom. Have been using them for years. This is the most comfortable one.

Where has this been all my life! So easy, do not feel the cups when in place. Easy to remove, rinse and put back.
