A thought provoking book
Thank you Pastor Warren for writing this book. It has made me reflect on my life’s journey up to now. I realize the only one to please is God and to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. I have served at my church ( Christian Cultural Center) in outside security for close to 30 years. when COVID hit we did on-line services. after COVID I have been inactive but would like to seve again in another area. Please pray that I listen to the voice of God.

A rewarding read
This book provides amazing life direction. My life coach recommended this book to me during a recent professional fork in the road. The author, Rick Warren, uses eye-opening and thought provoking reflection questions at the end of each chapter that are helping me understand, while biblically rooted, my life's purpose. Be advised that these questions are challenging. However, I appreciate having an opportunity to think about them. Personally, I identify as a Christian and a woman of faith. Therefore, I am sincerely appreciative of how Rick Warren walks his reader through understanding our creation and purpose as identified by the Holy Bible. As a reader, this journey is incredibly rewarding and invokes a tremendous amount of peace and gratitude for the course of my life's journey. Thank you so much for this book.

so inspiring
I read this book really as a way to find my purpose and got out of it that I’m living my purpose and so much more. I can use all of the ways God wants me to, to live out my purpose on such a broader scale than just what I do for work..

Great lessons, not so great mandates...
I much enjoyed the march toward decency in life and in spirit. However, didn't much like being TOLD what is, what will be and what isn't. Anytime another human tells me they know all the answers I know that they don't. Still, happy I stuck it out even though the last few chapters were too much dogma. Overall, kickstarts much reflection and the search for purpose. Rick's purpose isn't mine, which is where he should have drawn the line.

Great Read!
Do you haven’t read it, read it. If you’ve read it, read it again. One of those books you should read every year.
