Great for stuffed shells!
Barilla is the BEST pasta. It's not nearly as starchy as other brands. I can only find these jumbo shells on Amazon. I buy several boxes at a time, as everytime I make stuffed shells, I make an extra tray of them for a freezer meal. I boil mine and then stuff with a mixture of beaten egg, ricotta cheese, mozarella cheese, and parsley flakes. I put a little jarred pasta sauce on the bottom of my baking pan, then put in the stuffed shells, top with remaining sauce. Top with a little mozarella or parmesan or both! Bake until hot and bubbly at 350 degrees. Yum!

Reminds me of my mother's dumplings!
I have used these jumbo shells in my homemade soups and stews. After they have been added and cooked into the soups for about 30 minutes, they have absorbed all the spices and flavor which turned them into a soft, yummy dumpling like noodle that I adore! Love it! Lots easier than rolling out dumplings and gives me that goodness and comfort food feeling that keeps me full and satisfied!

Tastes good, but came broken
These were great, but quite a few of the shells were broken in the box or fell apart while cooking them.
