TL,DR: they work great after removing little protective stickers blocking the charging receptacles on each of the buds. Four stars for making my wife and I frustrated!IF BY CHANCE YOUR BUDS ARE NOT CHARGING OR PAIRING WHEN THEY ARE PLACED INTO OR REMOVED FROM THE CASE, READ ON...Sooo, I got these for the wife for her birthday because she wanted something that was easy to use. the main reason I chose these buds was for the auto pair feature and the lack of superfluous buttons. She loves the small form factor, since they are very discreet because of their size and smooth design. Initial pairing was fuss-free and after finding the right sized silicone 'plugs', she was enjoying her music. then we put them back into the charging case...and nothing...they did not turn off and begin to charge as advertised. I called Amazon tech support (for the first time) since I usually try to avoid this and simply return items for refunds, but my wife loved the look and feel and sound of these little buds that I decided Id give tech support a chance. A sweet young person tried a couple of different things like resetting them, and checking proper paring, etc., but nothing. The tech support person then put me on hold to try and contact the manufacturer. While on hold, I tried to go over the instructions in the manual once again and realized the buds weren't seating completely flush in the case. I turned over one of the buds and just by chance, the overhead lights in my kitchen reflected on a teeny tiny rectangular protective film covering each earbud's charging receptacles. I bought these so I could have wireless buds for aerial training and not disrupt anyone with my music. Noise cancelling works pretty well as I block out my coworkers at work, but struggles a little bit against the gym music speakers (they're pretty loud though). Sounds quality is pretty damn good for the price. I was quite surprised actually, considering I got an $80 pair and they sounded like garbage. They don't get super loud, which is really the only con to these, but it's pretty full with little distortion. Call quality both receiving and giving is excellent and is louder on calls than actual music. That's really my only critique on theseThey're pretty comfortable, even with all my ear piercings and stay in when I'm doing tricks or am upside down.Buttons are simple to use though sometimes I forgot how many clicks to go forward or backwards between songs.All in all, very satisfied and so many good things in these for the price!

Very good sound, working on good distance, i can organized 2 bedroom apartment without moving my phone around. Changing fast, and hold buttery well. Comfortable to wear them.

I get good battery life and they have worked reliably for me. Obviously be aware you are getting what youre paying for: they have less than stellar sound quality and the fit isnt great. If youre looking for something to workout in or you need high quality sound dont get these, but if you just want something cheap to use around the house, at work, etc then i think these would work great.

They are compact, have good sound quality for the price, battery holds up well, good build quality, is also good for phone calls.The only thing I'd for them to have is USB C but for this price you can't complain.

Not waterproof!!! It says they’re IPX6 waterproof in the description. They’re not, if your looking for waterproof earbuds, go elsewhere. If your looking for a cheap pair of earbuds with decent sound quality, these are ok, only problem is they’re a bit quiet.UPDATE: raising the review to 3 stars because of the EXCELLENT customer service. They gave me a refund, AND sent me a new pair with no questions asked. Really appreciate it!

At first I thought these were worth the price. The bass was good but would shift when any high notes came in and would sound distorted. The battery life was okay, nothing impressive. But the worst part is they stopped working after 1 month! The left ear just stopped working and the right ear became muffled. Would not recommend.

These worked at 1st. Then the left bud sound became extremely low. The buds fall out of my ear AND NOW they won’t pair automatically so I have to completely shut down my Bluetooth and then restart for it to pair with my oh so spiffy iPhone. Charge lasts but who cares if I can’t pair or hear what’s coming out.
