When I received my mug I was totally impressed! Great size- (I like mugs largish) and great quality (thick/heavy ceramic). Packed superbly for shipping. It's so nice, I considered giving my Speech Pathologist niece an entire set instead of one. Decided to give her one for Christmas and ask her if she'd like a set.
