UPDATE: didn't realize that everything EXCEPT the shears are stainless steel, beware. Accidentally left them outside a few days in light rain and they're completely rusted, picture added.I did quite a bit of shopping around to try to find decent tools that weren't incredibly expensive, and these seem like the winners! Thick stainless steel, and high quality rubber handles that feel sturdily attached to the metal. They fit in my hands very well and are comfortable to hold for long periods of time. The gloves come in a size large and are true to size (in picture one of my hands is in a glove- I typically wear a large, these fit well without being too snug), decent material but nothing special. The material on the top of the glove would only provide minimal protection from thorns. The clippers had some oil residue from when they were presumably sharpened when being made, but it's easily wiped off.I really like the clips for the plants, there are 6 large and 6 small, although 2 of my small ones came broken (not a deal breaker, just disappointing quality control). Kneeling mat is the typical foam material most are made from and is a great cushion to protect from the ground. The only thing I'm concerned about is the soldering on the small trowel (shown in picture), which is shoddy compared to the larger one and may break in harder clay-heavy or compact soils pretty easily. All in all, very happy with my purchase and recommend these!

The tools in this package are junk. Clippers immediately rusted, even though I had them on my screened porch away from the weather. Weed remover completely broke at the remover site at first use and is not repairable. I have small hands, and the gloves are stretched beyond the ability to wear. Unable to download pix after several tries. Also purchased this set as a gift for family member, and was so embarrassed after I saw how my set wore.

This garden kit has it all. Every tool that a gardener needs is available in this kit. All of the tools are heavy duty and seem durable. The gloves are protective but not sealed so you still get dirt etc under your nails, etc. Overall, this is a great multipurpose kit that will provide the tools needed for planting, pruning weeding, staking, etc.

This set looks great. The rubberized handles are very comfortable to hold. Each item used in this set, has worked well with the exception of the large trowel. The large trowel broke the first time it was used to dig a hole for planting a flower. The metal piece that attaches the handle to the trowel pushed straight through where it had been "welded" together. Because the small trowel is "welded" the same way, I fear it will also break easily. The set hangs nicely on hooks for storage.

Helped a lot in my garden and had everything I needed.
