Great place to store your pencil if you have the new mini and want the pencil available. One problem though, and it is Apple's, not JUQITECH's. The pencil, if moved around, will stay on and connected and drain rapidly. In the case, you will have a dead pencil in less than a day. If the pencil is not in the case, laying still, it will go into low power and keep a charge for over a week. Here's the work around. When done with the pencil for a while, open BT settings and 'forget' the pencil. This unpairs the pencil and it will hold a charge for a long time. When you want to use the pencil just stick it in the charge port for a second, pairing it, and you'll be good to go. Annoying, but less so than having a dead pencil when you need it. Again, Apple's fault. The pencil should maybe had some hand proximity sensor that would allow low power/sleep mode.

The iPad Mini 5 keyboard case is as described. Everything functions as expected. It looks good and the fabric feels good. After the initial bluetooth paring was done, the keyboard connects to the iPad automatically within about 3-seconds each time you turn it on. This case turns the iPad Mini 5 into a very useful, highly portable laptop. I am very pleased with it. A couple of things to be aware of... This is a smaller size keyboard to fit the iPad mini so it has fewer keys. The only adjustment to normal typing is that to type an apostrophe or a double quote character you must hold down the function key right below the shift key. You just have to put your pinky a little lower when shifting for these characters. It didn't take long to get used to. The other item is that the protective iPad shell is permanently glued to the wrap around case. To use the iPad as an ereader, you can remove the magnetically mounted keyboard and fold the wrap around case behind the iPad. Otherwise you have to pop the iPad out of the protective case.

I’m so excited about my new keyboard and case! It’s exactly what I was hoping for! The quality is great, the design is awesome. At first I wasn’t sure how I was supposed to be able to post my iPad up like a laptop, because I thought the keyboard was glued down- but it has a magnetic hold so you can scoot it down in order to balance the keyboard upwards. The keyboard takes some getting used to because it’s so small- but can’t complain because I wanted small. So I am VERY satisfied! I also should mention how easy it was to charge and pair with my iPad mini. Oh and I can’t forget about that awesome snug section for my iPencil.Thank you for making such an awesome product!

I was very excited to receive this cover for my mini 5 as I looked forward to having a keyboard within the case and yet light enough to hold to use the Kindle reader at night.Likes:Love the keyboard and the response of the keys. It is light enough to hold while lying in bed for reading or whatever.Like the way that the case protects the mini and the pen.Dislikes:My main complaint is that when you use the keyboard on the magnetic pad proper, the iPad stands at attention, straight up, falling backwards with the least provocation. The only way that it is stable and readable while sitting is when you move the removable keyboard to the edge of the mat, leaving the keyboard only partially attached magnetically. So this means that every time I want to use the keyboard I have to move it. Unacceptable.

First, I rarely write reviews, but this case so perfectly fits my needs that I felt compelled to share.- Pencil fits perfectly. The vendor should include a picture poking the pencil "out" via the opening. Pencil is protected, but easy to get to.- Keyboard is great and surprisingly easy to use, even with my big figure. Some punctuation characters are in funny locations, but that is not surprising given the small form factor.- Magnet does a great job holding the keyboard when opening the cover, but is still easy to move when I want to type.- Case fit and finish is of surprising quality. Professional look.Totally will be another one when I wear this one out.

To be fair, I haven't put the keyboard through extensive use so I can't speak for battery life. BUTTTT...the reason I haven't used it is that it sucks that badly. That's right, it's even bad at sucking. I was not able to type effectively with my hands and fingers cramped so closely together, and the keyboard did not help by its apparent ability to ignore various keystrokes. Essentially it typed gibberish. Came with a nice little case, though, so it lives in that now. It's grey with yellow eyes that glare from across the room.The case itself is great and I would give five stars to that without the keyboard. Maybe 4.5 due to a couple fit and finish issues like a little bit of plastic seem that needs smoothing at the top edge and top left corner. Not sharp but gives a cheap feel to the product where as looking from the opposite side has the product more refined. The other cosmetic quirk was apparent bruising or denting along the outer edge of the cover where it was glued to the plastic case itself. This part is protected by the cover flap when closed so it seems it came from the manufacturer this way, but it's a minor issue and only cosmetic. So four stars. Still a great case. Besides, it's going to get some marks in it's lifetime. Adds character. Good things about the case include compatibility with screen protectors while not forcing a bad one on you, it holds the apple pencil (gen 1) well and there is a little pencil-rest which I just realized was actually more than a hole if you make the case into a stand to prop it up and give you space behind the hole. I usually just fold the cover behind and hold it like a book or regular tablet. This case has a really good tactile feel to it, too. Has a subtle texture to it like an old book cover.

El teclado se puede desmontar y eso está padrísimo. La funda no es de plástico o para uso rudo pero es lindísima. Recomiendo este producto.

The case is flimsy and not worth the price. There are ones half the price and of same quality. I honestly don’t see this lasting the next 6 months unfortunately.
