Very good guide of the human body
I purchased this Reference Guide so that I would have a visual guide to help me locate the pressure points to relieve the pain in my husband shoulders.

Good chart for the money! Accurate & coherent
Excellent trigger point chart! The best ones by far are from Anatomical Chart Company, but they are like $70, so this is a great alternative for the price. Also, it’s smaller, it’s waterproof, and it’s portable- you can fold it up like a brochure, or you can hang it on the wall like I did in my office, just with a thumbtack, or on a small nail like a you would a calendar, so you can flip it over

Love it
To get it till a Flat put it under your couch cushion. It’s great it’s laminated beautiful, even people that have children it’s a great way to teach children, the muscles and stuff on the body.

Dissapointed but works
I already know the pain referral patterns pretty well but it was still a little confusing showing people with all the overlapping which points had which patterns. It would have been so easy to make each pattern a different color or even just put a different color around the pattern shape and match it to the text. And because it's laminated I can't color it myself. I also find the patterns a little skimpy. In my own experience and in a few of the books, I've found more areas for some of the points than the chart indicates but since patterns differ from person to person anyway it would be impossible to create a truly accurate map. This is still good to use for showing a client how the points work and where to hunt if you have pain in a certain area but I don't think I would have wasted the money if I had seen it first. I will probably give it away and go back to showing people out of the trigger point work book. (Either The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook: Your Self-Treatment Guide for Pain Relief, Second Edition or Trigger Point Therapy for Myofascial Pain: The Practice of Informed Touch or even The Muscle and Bone Palpation Manual with Trigger Points, Referral Patterns and Stretching, 1e if you want to go more in depth.)

Heavy duty lamination. Excellent illustration.
I liked that it was sturdy and the illustration was very detailed. Can easily mount it on the wall. It is also portable, because it folds in half, making it a convenient size.

Bought to go along with a book and a tens machine for my cousin. She used this to take with her to her physio and he can use a dry eraser marker to Mark where the next Leads should be placed. Very handy and very sturdy as well as quite detailed! Far more detail than required for her use so it’s certainly a great product for a budding medical student or nurse! Can’t beat the price as the laminate alone would cost that!
