It still as good as it was many years ago
This cereal is still as crunchy as it and has the same great taste. It is one cereal from my childhood the remains the same and does not disappoint.

Tasty fiber
I have no idea why they are called Grape Nuts. I call them Move'ms because they will get things moving, if you know what I mean. Unlike laxatives or other fiber type products, these aren't aggressive, they just give your body a little nudge. And they taste good. I don't need any sugar or much milk. The perfect daily "hint" to keep my body chugging along naturally.
