My favorite knife.
Bought on a whim when I was looking for dehydrated kiwi fruit, I jokingly told my wife that it would probably end up being my favorite knife. Tonight I used it for the first time to carve a ham, and yes, I like it more than any of the other knives I've ever owned.Ridiculous but true.

Good knives
Granted the price has gone up a lot since the last time I bought them, they are still very good knives. I use them in preference to even my Chicago Cutlery ones, or the much heavier Henkels.
