Q: What comes in the box?

Q: Can I use it on wet hair?

We suggest your hair be completely dry before styling. Using the straightening brush on wet hair/humid hair will compromise the styling results.

Q: Why does my hair get dry and frizzy after using the straightening brush?

It's because you set the temperature too high for your hair type. High temp setting on fine hair and too much repetition on the same strand will overexpose your hair to unnecessary heat, causing dehydration and frizz.

Q: Why is my hair not getting as straight as I want it to?

For best results, ensure that you have selected the appropriate temp setting for your hair type. When using the brush, move it at a slow and steady pace from the roots to the ends. If your hair is particularly coarse, consider using two passes.

Make sure to section and comb your hair prior to styling. Once a section is detangled, the ceramic bristles will glide through hair smoothly.
