Why did you pick this product vs others?: Fram has been a quality product for many years and I have used them almost exclusively on all my machines. This filter is the exact fit for my 2023 Jeep and the performance and price are unmatched. The filter comes packaged properly and includes the required O-ring.

Great Fit for a Jeep Wrangler 2014 and Up Oil Cooler
Had to replace my 2013 oil cooling housing with a oil cooler from a later year. This one fits 2014 and up Jeep Jk's with a 3.6 engine or someone like me who replaced their 2012 or 13 cooler from one of a later year. Fits great and seems to work very well. Great price also.

Fram quality
Nothing wrong with the filters, however, Dodge changed the design mid year on 2013 models and they are NOT interchangeable. They arrived in good shape other than USPS tore the boxes up jamming then into my mailbox.

Fit wifes Grand Cherokee as it should, included new seals.
Pressure has not changed with it's change so it's doing it's job similar to the last filter. Much easier install / removal than my truck's (no crawling underneath and hand at weird angle). I actually went away from Fram filters for my Jeeps and Ram Trucks to Napa / Wix. I has 2 rust issues on the can portions by the seals. But since this is an open element filter, not much to go wrong with it. Been in for 2 months now, zero issues.

This is how much oil filters should cost!
I don't know how may FRAM oil filters I've used over the years but I cannot remember ever having a single issue. As long as you change your oil as you should, there is absolutely no reason you need to spend more. These work perfectly fine with synthetic oil. Don't be fooled by marketing on those synthetic oil targeting ones. It's nonsense. I've run full synthetic 5w20 in my Jeep with an upgraded oil cooler and these filters. Never need to spend more honestly.
