Excellent Service, great listening and understanding, very good product !!
My little girl is 4 years old and the had snapped after using it a handful of times !!! The Lady was very apologetic and asked whether I would like refund or another item sent as it could have just been a faulty product.I agreed and hope that it could have been a manufacturing error. She sent out a replacement and I received the product within a few days, which was great as my lil one lived it so much and was so pleased that she’d got it back !! Thank you very much Lucy. Perfect item but don’t think the box packaging is really suitable for a kids 3+ toy with the tshirt the boys wearing

7 year old birthday present
Bought this for my 7 year olds birthday. She loves it and although it looks quite small and she is tall for her age she can still play on it. Basically a safer version of a pogo stick.

Perfect for my 4 year old.
Brought this as a present for my daughters 4th birthday as she has been crazing to use her older brothers pogo stick but is definitely not ready for it, she loves this she got the hang of it really quickly.

Really good
Good item didn't realise it squeeks with every bounce kids love it (me on the other hand lol) well worth money even my 20month old can have a go, brought for 6 year old and the 8 year old and dad also enjoys it

Fun, but I'm a little worried about possibility of broken ankles
My 4 year old granddaughter loved this and practised until she could do several consecutive jumps. The pink foam block she stands on is not attached to a rigid stick so falls over easily when tension is not maintained on the handles, and I imagine could easily result in sprained ankles if not broken ones. Perhaps I'm just a worry-wart. Her eleven year old sister also had a go and managed without falling off.

Entertaining gift!
I bought one for my 4 year old niece for her birthday. The result was the whole family bouncing around the front room laughing our heads of. Very entertaining!! My older niece who is 5 decided to buy one with her pocket money and my sister decided to buy all of her nieces and nephews one for christmas.They're also great because they are small and can be stored easily and can definitely be re-gifted after my nieces are bored of them.We only wish there was a bigger adult version because the whole family would buy them!
