I am pleasantly surprised with these lights!Bought them for Christmas as I would like to put lights on my garland but the outlet is directly behind a heavy piece of furniture. These are perfect because they plugin so don't depend on batteries and I can just hit the remote to turn them on and off, dim or brighten, or change the mood.These lights are set on a copper wire so they are nice and stiff not floppy. The lights are small and quite unobtrusive when off. I love that I can dim and brighten these! I am very sensitive to light so bright LED is give me headaches.There are 8 options on the remote As far as blink modes. I do wish there were more options because some of them are a little dizzying I can't just do a standard twinkle. That is my only gripe.

Thrilled with the Fairy Lights, however there are no instructions for the remote. There are 8 different settings for the lights and all are a flashing pattern. After 2 days, I figured out how to set the lights on steady glow - no flashing. I was so frustrated and ready to return them before I had to take a deep breath and keep trying to get them set on steady. There is a timer on the remote, but have yet to know how or if it works, or for how long the timer works. There are dimmer switches, but the lights do not dim or brighten. Not sure how that function works either. It would be so helpful to have an instruction sheet!

Nice lights, but only one string works with both remotes, the other string you have to use the switch at the usb connector. This makes the second string almost useless, now I have the agony of send them back.

I really enjoy these lights every day. I have them around my living room. You can adjust the brightness and the setting. I LOVE that it is warm lighting - it just looks more natural. I absolutely hate the bright white lights. They come with a remote, but you have to get pretty close for that little guy to work. BUT my TV remote actually turns the lights on from across the room so that works perfectly. I did have an issue with one of the string lights - there were two in the box. One was perfect and the other was defective. Customer service was very helpful and sent me a replacement quick and easy. I will definitely be purchasing more for my upcoming wedding :)

I bought these to light the very steep stairs from the downstairs to the upstairs of a house I was working on converting to a tiny house - the project went south; however, these lights were so amazing I bought another set to use as lighting in the upstairs, and used the first set as lighting for the downstairs.I'm not a fan of bright lights and these were perfect, mellow, soft, and didn't hurt my eyes to look at. Now I still have one strand that I carry around in my car to plug in as camping fairy lights. They're perfect!

I put these on a tree in my office and loved the look. They were bright in the beginning, but dimmed considerably and then stopped working altogether after about two weeks of timed nighttime use. I'm not sure if these are meant to be disposable, but that wasn't my intent. The remote really needs to be a clear and close shot to the power pack in order to work, but it does work as advertised otherwise, with the selection of lighting patterns and timer. I wouldn't buy these again because of the short life and battery requirements. 3 AA batteries seem like a lot, especially if they only work for a couple of weeks (replacements didn't bring the lights back to life). Strands are long enough and had plenty of lights for my intended use.

I love the remote function & that these plug into a USB port. The ability to dim the lights is lovely. The packaging was efficient & low waste.Unfortunately only one of the two strings worked. On the other one, every other light was not working.So when they work, they are fantastic. But only half of them working, not so much.Better quality control, please.

One strand worked. The other did not. You have to provide your own usb power spot if you want to plug into a wall. One annoying feature is that the lights flash when you adjust the brightness. Trying to get the mood just right? Let me strobe light the led stand down to dim!Update: 2/3/2021 after owning these for two weeks, the 2nd strand stopped working. Total junk.
