DOES NOT WORK FOR PURA VIDA
This product is terrible, don't waste your money. This is thinner than 0.45 mm, and will NOT work for Pura Vida bracelets. It also doesn't melt, so don't fall onto the sellers lies. It bursted into flames and I had the fire far away from it. Please don't buy it, it's a great waste of money. So disappointed.

Good product, a little expensive
Waxed thread is a little harder to bread and MUCH harder to tangle up. I use it to bind my own printed books at home. I haven't had any of this thread break yet, and I need scissors to cut it.Wide variety of bold and semi-bold flat colors.This assortment kit came in a reasonable case. I don't remember if it had a way to latch shut again (I repacked into bags), but it was quite compact and easy to use.My main complaint would be that it the plastic bobbins don't seem to have anywhere to stick the loose end of the thread once you use some. I could just be missing it.Not great value for the money really.

Smaller than I thought it would be.
This works great but I thought it would be thicker. I purchased a sewing awl which had waxed thread in it that was thicker. That was my only reference. While this thread is much thinner than I expected, that is not a problem with the product. It is well made and strong with good colors.

NOT the same thread as Pura Vida, not even waxed
This is not waxed and is MUCH thinner than the waxed thread used in Pura Vida bracelets. I have been making bracelets using waxed thread from Hobby Lobby that says it's .5 mm. This said it was .45 mm so I didn't think it would be that big of a difference. However this is nothing like the thread used in Pura Vida bracelets. It is very thin and not waxed - it's basically thread you would use in a sewing machine. Do NOT waste your money! Completely false advertising.

My daughter really likes it.
I purchased this for my daughter to make bracelets with. She has made some really cute bracelets and chokers with it and they are holding up well. What we found in stores was more expensive and lesser quality. Great find.

Very nice! Love the texture and variety of colors
I really like these threads. Very durable and extremely good for the price. I love the variety of colors. I bought it in addition to my dream catcher set and you can see in the pic how sturdy the inside weaves look. I would say go for it !

Pay attention to size of product in description
Colors are great but smaller than I realized would be. Should have looked at the details. I’m still going to be able to use it but for smaller projects.

I would buy this again for most of my crafts.
I use waxed thread in a lot of my crafts most often in dream catchers. This was pretty good buy sturdy thread. It states that this is waxed but it must be a very thin layer it doesn't hold in place without some help like other waxed threads I've used. However it is a great buy for the variety of colors and the durability of the thread in general.
